I tried because of the reviews and it did not disappoint. The subs are great size, delicious, and made with care. I got the chocolate cheesecake and it was creamy and just the right amount of sweetness. I am excited to try the cannoli and eclair later!

This place has amazing sandwiches. Been going here for years and have never been disappointed with their food or friendly service. Highly recommend!

Ordered The Tony, Turkey, Pasta Salad and Potato Salad.Sandwiches: The bread is terrible, the worst I have ever had. Its like a large cheap hot dog bun. Whatever else is going on with their sandwiches is irrelevant after that.Potato Salad: They provided macaroni salad erroneously, it was in the trash after one bite.Pasta Salad: It was amazing, I am not a pasta salad fan at all, but I really liked it.

Frank’s Deli exceeds the expectations of their reviews. I needed a comfort food experience and was delighted. It felt like I stepped into a hometown restaurant in Cleveland. You feel the warmth, and sincerity of the family on top of the aroma of fresh pastrami and corned beef. Clean, excellent service, and beautiful prices. My new restaurant whenever in Phoenix.

Great family owned deli, it's authentic folks. Must visit great people!

Frank's deli is the best! There freshly made sub sandwiches are amazing. I have been going there for years. It's family ran. Very clean and inviting. The price of their subs have slowly gone up over the years and are slightly pricey now but definitely worth it. I promise you'll enjoy the food.

you know that episode of friends where joey is obsessed with the best sandwich ever? that’s currently how I feel after eating a sub from franks. i ordered it on a whim in the middle of a very busy work day and i’m so happy I did. I can’t stop thinking about this sandwich, it was just that good. I can’t wait to go on my day off to actually be able to visit the shop, but for now, 15/10. such a great sandwich.

Frank's is awesome. I'm so excited to have such a reasonably priced high quality sandwich shop this close to our new house. I'll never eat at Jersey Mike's, or Jimmy John's again. Same great taste little more expensive.

This is a classic NY style deli. The sandwiches are fantastic. The family working are super nice. Definitely recommend.

This family owned and operated business is tucked away about a block north of Camelback on 23rd Avenue. It's just reopened after a month hiatus for a remodel. The sons are carrying the torch of their grandfather's business that's been in operation by their mom and dad over the last 40 years. I had the New York Style sub with the cold cuts. They make their own dressing, and the bread is their own proprietary recipe. Hands down the best sub sandwich I've ever had. Stop in and try it if you haven't, you won't be disappointed.
