Honestly one of the worst experiences Iâve ever had. Took about 40 mins to get drinks and bruschetta. My friends got antsy so I went to see if we could get something done to make it a more pleasant experience. Then ordered a separate shot of expensive tequila for my friends bday. The server just happened to be walking out with the bruschetta - spoke with her when she came back in and really was rubbing off my concerns. Came back with a full bill and a discount on something that was never ordered. Literally phrased it as though she was hooking us up. Anywho they ended up removing the bruschetta- I still paid over $100 for 1 shot of tequila and 4 other drinks. After mistakenly giving another table the mini cake. They gave my friend a mini mouse cake and a double shot of casamigos and she was happy, but I was not. They didnât even verify who had given the card and almost gave her the bill (she wasnât paying). For a party of 4 that had a reservation I would have expected better service. I felt very dismissed and we all were there for over an hour for pretty much nothing but nice views. However. The bartender was really nice. Iâll never go back to be honest. Oh and their misters were on too high, made the floor entrance a bit slippery.
We visited the restaurant 7/10/2022. We were greeted and assumed our service would be great. The drinks are overpriced. The food is overpriced and mediocre. Both of which wouldâve been acceptable if the service was good. It was horrible! Once our food was brought out, we werenât checked on until we asked for the bill. It was 105 degrees outside and werenât asked if we wanted a refill on water (or if we wanted more cocktails) as we werenât checked on for the entire 50 mins. To add insult to our poor service, we were automatically hit with 21% gratuity for a party of two. This is a rooftop dining experience with absolutely no music (soft or otherwise) in the background. Totally unimpressed with this place. My drink was good (their signature green drink served in a flute) BUT overpriced for the amount given. My partner had a Long Island and that was gross. Wasnât worth even $8 let alone $14. Never again!

Love this place! Cynthia & Liana & Ben are the best! They’ve shown us nothin but love every time we come! Love the atmosphere! The music! The people, everyone is chill, the finger food is good and the drinks! Top notch! I will be a regular here as long as they’re working here!!!! @street_fame_images
So i had made reservations show up on time and wait for the hostess for about 10mins before the bartender comes from behind the bar to seat me and my date after being seated we waited another 10 minutes before being able to even order and let me state that the place wasnât even half full it was mostly empty anyways after finishing our drinks we waited around for about another 15 minutes and just ended up going to the bar to order direct the bartender was quick and got us our drinks right away after a additional 10 minutes we finally see our server again we place our second order with her and all in all we spent about almost 2 hours there and only had our order taken twice and we were not the only ones upset about the service we tried to enjoy our night at floor 13 but honestly wont be going back anytime soon

Waitress left and didn't let anyone know. Was hard to receive water refills. Food was meh.
The place was wonderful. It's a very intimate setting with amazing views.
