I've been to many First Watch in locations in Florida, Texas and most recently Phoenix, Arizona and the food is always consistently great, however this Phoenix location left a bad taste in my mouth. My server served up a bad attitude. I observed if she dished out the same bad attitude to another customer and it was a little better. Maybe she was having a bad day, maybe she doesn't like her job or just maybe she doesn't feel black folk shouldn't be waited on. Whatever it is, she shouldn't be working there. BTW, her name is Egzona according to the receipt.

I will first say that the food was delicious, the portions were great and we left stuffed.Now, I ordered the Italian skillet and it came with a long hair nestled in my scrambled eggs. I alerted the server and she said "OK, do want a new one?" Of course I said yes because I was hungry. Her response was very nonchalant, nor apologetic. She came back dropped off my new food, again with with no added customer service for my inconvenience. Next, we had the bottle of water that was brought filled with water. By the 3rd cup of water we saw that there was food stuck on the inside of the bottle with particles floating in the water... we were over it at this point.The two stars is because the food was good and there was no wait. Other than that I will probably never go back to that location.
Great healthy food and delicious freshly made drinks. Our waitress Jazmin was very helpful answering questions about certain foods and drinks. Extremely patient and attentive as we did talk the first 45 minutes without ordering.
Great food and good service
Great place to sit outside and enjoy solid breakfast options during these fall and winter months. Omelet dishes can be shared by two and the traditional breakfast is classicly amazing. Eduardo’s service was superb and on point.
