Great place, great food, great location. Make sure to set a reservation if it's a holiday. They get busy and service might take longer. The staff are nice and I love the energy there. It's casual enough but still special. The food is the absolute best, literally dripping with flavor. They even have a garage right next to them with free parking
Fast friendly service. Food wasn’t exceptional ,but the portions are large and we were very satisfied. I had the chicken lettuce wrap appetizer, the portions are massive and that’s the main reason I gave it high reviews. The chicken wrap is good but a bit too sweet. My son had the protein plate, he enjoyed it overall. I would come back here if we return to Phoenix.
The experience started with the service, and our waiter was engaging , personable, and attentive to our needs. The food was good! We went in with zero expectations, as the visit was completely random. My burger, the Marrakesh, was done nicely and cooked to order. I ordered a side salad, which had amazing greens and a light dressing that was a compliment to the salad, not a drowning. We sat outside, on a Saturday afternoon, and it wasn't crowded, and the atmosphere was nice.
I needed this meal! Fez is one of those places that I have NEVER been disappointed. I ordered so much food {but forgot to take some pictures because I was getting drunk!} and enjoyed it ALL!!!I still remember the first time I went to Fez {not like dates and times}, it was GBF and my date night. He drove up from Tucson and was staying in Phoenix with a friend. I drove to the original location off Central past Thomas {I think!}. MY GBF introduced me to the Chicken Phyllo and my mine was CHANGED!! Best thing in my mouth!But NOW driving to the new location and sitting on the patio, during cooler weather, makes me so happy!I still get the Chicken Phyllo no matter who is with me, I have some VeggieTale friends.But tonight I drank these delicious on happy hour for $5 drinks along with my two-choices Fries - always Harissa and Rosemary Garlic {don’t waste these amazing fries on the ketchup-I will make you rethink your choices!}.Tonight I went with the chicken fettuccini and man was it delicious!Can’t wait for my next Fez outing!
Nice location and easy to get to with light rail access. Interior is spacious with a nice bar and there's a good amount of outdoor patio seating for those good weather days. For drinks there are plenty of cocktail options and a few beers on draft and in bottles/cans. I had the spicy nacho cheeseburger and although it was good, I had been hoping for more spicy nacho cheese.
Got the Protein platter and the lettuce wraps. Absolutely fantastic. Great lunch time vibe and atmosphere. Will be back!!!
I give this place 2 stars because the pita I ordered was actually good from what I could enjoy... the rest of my experience was unpleasant. I found hair in my food! They said they would take care of it and if I wanted one to go they could remake it... I usually would say no when asked that because it’s already hair in my food and everybody is mad because I sent it back. But like I said the food was good so I gave them another attempt.. they then proceed to try and charge me still for the Togo order! The manager was extremely rude and didn’t even apologize for my food having hair in it he just said mistakes happen. I ever so kindly told them they can have Their food back and my friend paid for her food and we left... it sucks because the place was really cool . But their attitudes are terrible.. shoutout to our waiter though he was really sweet and it’s unfortunate he works here . They don’t deserve him !
My fiancee was greeted by a waiter very rudely when all he wanted to do was ask if we needed to have reservations. The response was you need to wait right here and my fiancee said I just need to ask one question and he walked away. My fiancee walked out to wait for my son and I. When we went back into the restaurant, we were greeted by the host who was not friendly or warm either. Just so happened that we were seated at the table the original waiter that was rude to my husband was working. He took our drink order and then walked away. A couple minutes later another waiter came to our table saying he would now be waiting on us as the other waiter felt he wasn't a good fit for our table. The new waiter was the most hospitable out of anyone who dealt with us at the restaurant. We ate our appetizer which by the way was tasty and paid our bill, tipped generously and left. We won't be back and hope that smiles on faces and kind responses will greet everyone else.
Excellent food and service! Ate outside on a lovely Sunday for brunch. Everyone had large portions and loved their food.
I always recommend Fez, because their nacho burger is one of the best things I've ever had. I can't bring myself to try anything else on the menu, because it's too good.The servers have always been friendly and helpful - one even ran after me once because I forgot my leftovers.Highly recommend.Edit to say, the harissa fries are also amazing.
