The ice cream was good. Customer service can use some work. Cheryl or Sharon was very rude. It was closing time, she walked up to us while we were finishing our ice cream and told to us “Skedaddle” and then followed it with “Now” there was no reason to speak to us that way. When we told them that wasn’t necessary she said “she wasn’t paid for customer service” real shame we would have been back but not after being treated so rudely. Ladies please do better, would hate for this place not to make it because of immature behavior.

Average quality ice cream, definitely overpriced. I can buy nice cream for the same price for better value, more unique flavors, and higher quality ingredients. They offer a variety of other options like macarons and boba, but it seems like these were added to the menu for additional profit instead of quality ingredients for customers. Since the ice cream is what they're known for and I found it extremely average, I'm speculating that the other desserts are also average (ie. I didn't try the other desserts).The venue itself is pretty bare, no music when I was there, and they primarily use the fridge for their own storage instead of additional items to purchase. Not a problem, just underwhelming to see.
This place was really yummy, and the customer service was awesome as well. The guy who helped me said it was all home made. You gotta support small businesses, keep the dream alive.

Just knowing the macaroons are made fresh there is the perfect reason to go. This, local, small batch ice cream shop is amazing. The service is friendly and quick to make recommendations of their favorite bites. A lil outside of First Friday, but worth the extra block or two.

Small ice cream store in Downtown Phoenix. The name is perfect for describing what will happen to fathers like me who might eat there too often! Enjoyed my cone.
