Went in for Monday special deals. I paid and asked how come I wasn't able to add my member phone number. I was told I was supposed to ask you that before you paid. Now no one was able tomcorrect the problem. So I was asked to leave my phone number so if some else uses their number for a the discount that could pass it on. Not very professional. Not sure if I'll go back to that location.
Ordered ahead but had to wait a while to check out. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
Einsteins at a great location on Thunderbird just a block east of the 40th st. intersection.I read some bad reviews but I always base my opinions on personal experience. When I walked in, it was very busy. There is a new Manager, Cedric, who was doing a great job with crew Natalie. He recommended their Texas Brisket with egg cheddar. I had that which was super delicious with a healthy, tasty apple juice and choc. chip cookie which was better than at most cookie stores.I also got my usual bag of yummy, fresh bagels with onion chive spread.Service was fast even though it was busy. Apparently, the new GM Cedric, is improving this location fast because I really enjoyed my visit and rank Einsteins 3 for 3 locations for the big 5 star!Highly recommended Einstein's location.
Disorganized and out of some things (pickles, Ice, tea). Staff was super friendly and helpful tho and food was good. It's always weird to order at one end and pay at the other. Staff should have the option to use that model or do it all on one register if they are slow.
It was just 2 workers running the place ? they were not enough for the amount of people ice maker broken no coffe leads available they were really trying to make work ....bagel always ?.
Been going to this location for years but have recently experienced back to back issues. This morning my order was completely wrong-Ordered Sante fe with no cream cheese and no salsa- unfortunately they loaded the sandwich with cream cheese and it was not just a mess but terrible.Also ordered 2 bagels with smear on the side however they forgot the sides of cream cheese….Have been trying to call for over an hour but apparently they don’t take calls at the location just get a message that everyone is busy…2 weeks ago I ordered a ham and Swiss sandwich and it had cheddar on it.. didn’t complain as sometimes stuff happens.. but I paid $7.00 for this sandwich and nearly.$10.00 today..for me that’s a lot of money.At this time I am respectfully requesting that 2 free sandwich’s and 2 free smears be added to my account.
Spinach and cheese bagel with egg, avocado and tomato and spinach warmed is excellent.
Bad service and didn't seem to care. When they were about to hand me my order the cashier noticed it was incorrect (the order was simple two toasted bagels with a smear - they forgot the smear) no problem I'll go fill the coffee cup while you get it fixed, I come back I'm waiting 5 minutes I ask if my order is ready the cashier no longer insight they look around can't find it and they go back to working on another order.. I think they are working on mine but no I ask again and they tell me I have to wait my turn. I said excuse me you messed up my order, i already waited my turn. Finally the cashier comes back and I said I thought you were getting my order corrected. She just stares. I've been waiting the two people who ordered after me have received their food and left. That's all the customers that were in line. Not busy but this Bigger order that came through the app. I saw when the orders printed which was after I waited. They actually turned their backs on me again. Never apologized. At this point I asked for refund. Left the coffee on the counter.. no apology, no trying to fix what they messed, well I guess I won't be back. And yes I've used them a lot I rotate between a few places..
DONT GO TO EINSTEINS ON 4030 E Thunderbird RD Phoenix AZ 85032The Manager is threatening to fire my brother on Tuesday because he has COVID and is STILL POSITIVE. He hasn’t had the two full weeks of quarantine but he can’t go without employment otherwise he’d be homeless so he might be there against his will, infecting all the customers. MANAGEMENT does not care for the health and safety of their customers!!!Update: Representatives from Einstein’s have reached out on the matter. They will allow my brother to safely quarantine without it resulting in termination. Thank you Einstein’s Bros upper management team, for showing that you not only value your customers, but you also value your employees.
Yummy ? they make the best bagel lox and cream cheese.. I love going there I wish there was one closer I could go even more than what I do now simply the Best.. 5 stars but they deserve more like 10
