This place is usually on point for a good Nova lox bagel.... Attempted to go outside of the box and get the Texas brisket and egg sandwich and it was a fail. I wish it looked like the promo picture. The staff is nice I think they are overwhelmed or short staffed at times. Poor guy was back there trying to make everybody's breakfast by himself.... He did good with no help... Please give him props (long hair worked Monday March 7th in the a.m.) No props for that knarly looking brisket he passed on to me though. Oh well....back to the Nova Lox.... That's hard to screw up I guess.
The place to grab a quick breakfast on the go, my bagel was nice and toasty had a good amount of Schmeer on it you can also get other items to go parking is a hassle in the morning and there’s no drive-through but you can eat there or outside.
Great bagels.. nice atmosphere.. customer service could use some work, but thanks for all the years!
Food is always good at any Einstein Bagels. This one was crazy busy and kind of slow, too many employees taking orders and not enough preparing the food. It was a hectic Sunday morning though.
Quick and easy bagels. Staff is always friendly and hustling to get the orders out. Prices are decent considering how prices have been going up for everything in the world.
( At original posting I had placed in a single star review out of surprise frustration and have updated my review to reflect the occurrence that took place.) I unknowingly had entered the restaurant at 5 minutes after closing as it was my first time entering an Einnstein Bros. Bagels. I was greeted with yells from both customers and the worker at the front counter that the restaurant was closed. I understand that the restaurant was closed but when I initially arrived I saw customers and food on the shelf and presumed the restaurant was open. I have since been to other buildings that this establishment has scattered around Arizona and received welcome service though my review here stands as at no other establishment have I received such treatment. Even one I arrived to 30 minutes before closing still had welcoming smiles and that perfect customer service attitude.
Einstein in a very busy shopping center but there's alot of parking. I ordered a Lox, cream cheese and their new spicy chorizo on a six cheese bagel. They were very busy but I received my order in under 10 minutes-star added for speed.Service was outstanding by Manager Anthony, Ashley and Torin.Note: The 13 Bagels of your choice and 2 tubs of any kind of cream cheese is the best deal in town.FYI: Both bagel sandwiches were delicious washed down with OJ.Highly recommended.
We ordered 3 items and there were mistakes on 2. We were given the wrong sandwich only to later discover it had paper inside melted into the cheese. Then the drinks came out and not only was it hot instead of cold, but it was the wrong size. The first half of each mistake could be explained as a miscommunication but not the second half. The sandwich came out quick but the drinks took at least another 10 minutes. By the time we realized the problems, we didn't want to wait again for everything to be remade. We won't be coming back here. I'd recommend the Starbucks next door instead.
Extremely busy but worth the wait
This review is based on multiple visits to this location. The staff itself has been wonderful, kind, helpful, etc. I do NOT believe they have the proper staffing, proper appliances, and very likely need better pay in order to fix the staffing issue. Every day that I go into this location, I cannot help but notice the amount of dust and filth around the place. It needs a deep clean especially around the air vents with built up dust. What are you having your employees breathing in everyday?????This particular visit I had today was absolutely nuts. The line was very long, it took 20 minutes for me to get my order. I left the location, and to my surprise, when I opened up my bagel, there was no cheese in it??? So I drove back, requested my order to be corrected and it was again given to me without cheese 5 minutes later... I am not trying to shame the employee, but I do believe because they were swamped and understaffed, they were not able to focus on order accuracy. I left without receiving my bagel and without a refund as I was now running about 30 minutes late for work.
