Great service from the 2 people working but right when I walked in the first thing I noticed was how dirty the floor was. They open at 5am and I came at 615am. It looked as if the floor had not been swept or mopped for a few days. You could also see behind the counter it appears as if they don't sweep below the machines and counters either. I am a little surprised to see an Einstein Bros so dirty. The carpet was also very dirty and does not look like it had been vacuumed for some time. Not just dirty but food pieces and trash on the floor in most corners and along the floor where the counter meets it as well as on the floor behind the counter.
The food was great and the staff was quick and efficient. And very friendly.

Yummy bagels made to order & they have a strawberry & cheese croissant that was made there it was eyeing me during the short time I was there getting a pickup order!! Want to try that eventually.
A business that refuses to take my cash as payment will be a business I will never support again. You really won’t take a bill over 50$ when I’m ordering over 30$ worth of food for my office. That’s less than 20$ change lol. Absolutely infuriating and I’ll take my business elsewhere. Not to mention the short lady with short purple spiked hair was very rude in telling me so. She kept pointing to a little sign hidden by your Christmas decorations. I have spent hundreds here over the past couple years and I will now go elsewhere.
Mainstay location still has terrible parking. Most unwelcoming environment. Mask are mandatory. Its no wonder they cant keep employees and customers. Just mandate to close all your locations.
The bagels are fine, as they always have been. I guess they don't have cream for the coffee...? Just a communal shared carton of half and half. I watched someone close the lid with their fingers on the lip of the carton. Big yikes.
Absolutely terrible service was waiting 28 minutes for 1 bagel and they somehow still got it wrong,staff is rude and does not care about customer satisfaction
I like their food. But not exactly fast food. Had to wait too long for 2 bagel sandwiches. Carryout. 20+ minutes almost half hour? They need more workers... Or faster ones.
