Hit or miss but mostly miss, always takes at least 20 to 25 mins for my order, I've received a burnt bagel I didn't notice till I was already home on more then one occasion, I've ordered the bacon avocado tomato just to get a sliver of bacon on one half.. I also order the apple cinnamon bagel, these bagels are not like other locations(little to no apple topping everytime) I live 1 mi from this location and I prefer to drive further for better service and bagels. Hopefully this place improves
The bagels are delicious and the people are friendly: but when purchasing bagels to go, do not get them cut. I full 4 of my 13 bagels were in toast Abe they were cut in half the wrong way or just a sliver was taken off the top.
this place is run by 18 year olds who don’t care. rude + unprofessional.depends who’s working but my Einstein app orders always come back sloppy and skimped on or forgotten ingredients. even when ordering in store.would not recommend this location
Pay your workers more and the owners need to get down here and start working to make this work. Will be hitting grocery store for awhile for bagels.
The employees here are always so rude. Every single time I come. No matter what time. If you hate your job don’t come into work.I’m over the side comments like “your receipt should be on the app, but I’ll look and print you another one” (it’s not sweetheart, that’s why I always ask for it) and “so, that’s it.. orrrr….”. Attitude just every single day as if they don’t want to take orders.I come to get a bagel every morning. Yesterday, I got a smashed/flattened bagel with WAY to much shmear. ?It’s getting to the point to where I’m like, do I really want a bagel and have to deal with this again? Not to mention they take a long time, even if I’m the only car.
I have been sitting in this drive through for 30 minutes. There is one car in front of me, that's it. Staff is closing up up front but the store is still open for another hour. Why is this taking so long? Why is the staff so rude? I had to read my order to her four times. She read it back correctly and still made it wrong. She seems to be the only one here and she is arranging furniture instead of helping customers.. Management please pay attention.The woman working here should not be working here.
Good but toasting could be extreme
I usually try not to be a stickler about the minute things when it comes to coffee. I understand I placed an order 20 minutes till closing. I understand people are in a rush clock out. I've been there and I get it, I completely understand. I thought there was coffee grounds in my coffee, to my surprise I find it's bits and pieces of "what seems to be" sour milk or creamer. This is concerning. This level of preparation in service can get someone sick and this is what concerns me the most. This can be a result in microwaving/reheating a cup of coffee that has creamer existing in the coffee 20 min til closing. There are so many variables and possibilitys. However, let's consider that this is simply (sour creamer) because we really don't know what the reason is. In the future please consider how you store your food products, your dairy products and so on in store and how long certain things are left out before serving them to your valued customers.
The cashier was good but the manager was not so good. I ordered a Baker's dozen and requested 3 bagels to be toasted which the cashier said that was fine and the manager said no we can't do it. The people in the morning were listening to tupac with foul language Which is inappropriate for that kind of setting. It's real disappointing what this location has become
Usually a huge fan of Einsteins due to their quality above the competition. This location was an exception. We went through the drive through and they made our order incorrectly. Additionally the order they did give us was not even warm and had bacon that was close to raw. May be taking a break from the chain for a little while.
