two stars is for the actual sandwich i got and the the girl at the register i think Bre, but the girls making the food have an attitude problem. i got a sandwich and asked for it toasted as last time it wasn’t. i get the sandwich and it’s not toasted again so i go back in and ask for it to be toasted. first they argued that it was toasted, no it was not i literally watched the girl not toast it? when the new sandwich was ready the girl drops it on the counter without saying a word and could not have turned her back faster. they made it seem like my fault they made my order wrong and she had airpods in so maybe she just didn’t hear them say toasted. like i get it, having to remake an order is annoying but cmon
The servers were nice but the wait was to long and the specialty coffee I ordered was not food. Poor girl had no idea how to make my drink with no foam. She tried and tried but just couldn't. I did tip and took the drink. The price I paid for the sandwich was overpriced for the amount of meat they put on it..
Such HORRIBLE customer service. The staff are extremely rude...especially the ones on the prep line. Everyone has an attitude as if we are forcing them to be at work. They never have anything in stock and it's just disgusting in there. I wish the health department would go in and see how nasty and dusty their cooking (mainly coffee machines) are.
Always fast and friendly service. I miss not having the Einstein's holiday blend coffee since they switched to Caribou, but otherwise wonderful.
Love the bagels, pre order on app if you can. The lines are always long and you get free stuff sometimes if you order on the app!

I have always like Einstein's for their coffee and sandwiches. The quality is great and consistent in every store I have visited. The bagels in particular are really well made. good to see they focus on the right thing ??☕
The food and service was great. Ive been going in here for years. The decor is in need of a little upkeep and doesn't seem to be as clean as it was in the past. Still a good stop if you can look past this stuff.
