This establishment just lost my business, I won’t return. I stopped by to get a bagel an nova lox around 6:45am. It wasn’t crowded but the staff was overwhelmed. In the post Covid world, this business pays more attention to pick-up orders then to customers who physically come in to place orders.The first sign of trouble is 4 people in front of me placed their orders, but then I had to wait at least 10 minutes before they came back to take mine. After placing my order, ( and 5 others who since walked in). I had to wait another 5 to 7 minutes to make a payment. My food was already prepped and waiting before they took my payment.I found a seat and opened my food and discovered even though I requested my bagel to be toasted, it was not, (somehow in my world you can’t serve an un-toasted bagel especially if requested to be toasted). This was the last straw. I returned to the cash register, asked for my money back. They still charged me for the coffee on my order.This business is managed poorly and is disorganized. They can’t comprehend how to properly support their customers and make adjustments to taking online orders and properly serving walk in customers.
Stopped by here for a quick breakfast on the way north to the Grand Canyon. The turkey bagel was quite good, tasted fresh and healthy. However, my coffee order was incorrect - which isn’t the biggest deal in the world. Staff was super friendly!
The staff were nice, worked very hard to get the orders out quickly even while busy. Cashier even helped me pick a breakfast sandwich I’d like. Food was hot and fresh, iced coffee was perfect. I had the All-Nighter with one egg and it was delicious.
Tried to call the location I ordered from on DoorDash since they won’t let you make dietary special instructions. First of all, not allowing dietary special instructions is medically irresponsible. Also, I called 8 times and no one answered the phone. I most likely won’t be able to eat what I ordered now because I couldn’t contact anyone to change it. If you people don’t want business just say that. Lack of response from the phones is completely unacceptable. This location is a joke and so are the business’s ordering policies. Don’t go here if you want good service.

Having worked at 3 different Einstein Bagels location in the span of 4 years, this location seemed dirty as far as tables and windows, even though it wasn't busy when we came in.A couple of my coworkers and I ordered a few sandwiches at lunch time, and three of them were supposed to be the new Cheesy Queso Cheese.. However all it ended up being was the regular Bacon, Egg, and Cheese with the sliced cheese melted (I can tell. Having worked at Einsteins in the past, I assume they ran out of cheese and didn't want to make more- so assumed we wouldn't notice the difference if they just stuck the sliced cheese in the turbo.)Disappointing, I was so excited to find an Einsteins by my work... but that, plus the bacon being near raw...it's a no from me. Guess I will have to stick with my Chandler locations, only 1 out of 4 of us were happy with our order (She only got a lunch sandwich, so hey, there's an extra star for that at least.)
Staff was friendly and efficient. Muffin was delicious.
The food is great! Don't get me wrong I know everyone gets busy but when I called to give a special instruction for my order ( which the door dash app doesn't allow) I was told to make sure I give a heads up n when trying to explain that I have to call the store Every time I place my order (which is once a week)team member at this store was very rude and not understanding to my concern or even cared what I had to say heard she was distracted by other customers. Food is great though!

Disappointing. Food that was supposed to be hot was cold. They tried to charge us for more than we asked. Avocados were old and brown. Bagels were stale. Just disappointing all around.
