Worst Dutch Bros I’ve ever been to. They are continuously rude every time I come and the only reason I come back is because they have Nitro on tap at this location. And to top it off they have put cream in my coffee the last 2 times and tried to tell me they didn’t. I can tell if there’s cream in it. I know my coffee and I’m also lactose intolerant, don’t lie to me. It’s to the point I’m gonna just start making my own coffee again. If I could give a half a star I would.
Love this place.. I usually go to Dunkin but usually have to wait 20minutes in the Drive Tru which I don't have time when I'm on my way to work.. But I went to Dutch Bros and it took them just 4minutes to get my order done which is freaking awesome.. I was basically in and out within a 4minutes timeframe.. Will be going to this place from now on
This is one of those places that lift me up everytime I approach the take away window to order a a very good quality cup of coffee. Very young, vivacious, vibrant, smart employees most of them in their late teens years and early adulthood. A management well defined in their business objectives by bringing blossoming human freshness, ingenuity, boys and girls working as a team sharing their beauty on every cup of coffee they sell. It's a successful business and human story, well deserved 5 stars.
I finally like a drink! The Golden Eagle-iced, kinda like a Macchiato but less sweet. Very creamy and most delicious!
Every time I go, I look forward to try some good coffee, but it ALWAYS tastes watered down. I give it three stars for the sugar free options. I did try a mango strawberry smoothie and that was tasty.
The blonde girl in the walk up tonight was extremely rude. I tried to use my gift card and she precede to tell me there was nothing on it even though I knew there was. I looked it up to show her and she says you can show me all you want but I'm not going to let you use it. I'll be telling everyone I know not to go to this dutch brothers.
Love the one paradise valley!! Good folks to myself and my special needs daughter. Each and every employee there make her feel like she matters!
Not bad, quite better than Starbucks. Took a while in drive thru, but the staff were friendly and brought the drinks out to us.
I always stopped on my way into work for coffee at the location on Bell. I ordered my regular Large Hazelnut Mocha blended with no whip cream. I appreciate the customer service I receive each time I order. Staff always greet me with a smile and good conversations while waiting for my coffee to be prepared, along with enjoyable music, to kick off your morning. I love the energy and vibes I receive each time I stop at any of their locations for my morning fix.
