Service is decent but getting into the driveway for drive through can be tricky if the line gets long :(
This was my first time visiting a Dutch Bros, but I had read about them over ten years ago and I have wanted to try them ever since; I was not disappointed. Since I've never been here, I asked for the employees suggestion for something high in caffeine and iced, her suggestion was very delicious, I only wish I could remember the order. ?I also got a peanut butter blondie with rice crispies, it was so good.But everyone was very friendly and helpful and I now love this place more than any other coffee shop I've ever visited.
DO NOT get into this drive thru line and for gods sake do not pull in and park or you’ll get stuck there all day (not a joke) The city recently made them re-route their drive thru and it is an absolute catastrophe. Even though they can’t take as many customers at once now, it somewhere slowed down the service drastically. I used to go here every day, can’t even get a drink in the morning now. It’s miles out of the way but much faster for to go to a different Dutch location or just a closer coffee shop like black rock
Tim..my sunshine lolly pop! And all the crew, they are great! Always smiling always friendly. Although I'm not a fan of the new set up, it is what it is. It won't stop me from me from getting my daily fix of lovely people and coffee, with the occasional chocolate chip cookie! This location is by far the best staffed hands down!!

Always friendly people that work there. Tried by recommendation a blended Americano with keto milk and sugar free caramel Frappuccino for only 60 calories and that was a medium. It is fantastic! Alotta perk without the sugar!
Nice people work here. Tasty coffee drinks*** I've worked on the service industry my entire life and gratuity is typically crucial for a reasonable take home.Recently one barista will not allow me to tip electronically. I've asked and been told not to worry about it. He makes the choice. Not me. Unless, this is what the employees want you should let him know to take money or go work elsewhere.Nice guy, dark hair, beard and has an accent. You should let him know.***
Everything is great. I wish they can do more working than talking. Takes 30 minutes to bypass 3 cars and it’s very frustrating just seeing them talking instead of letting cars just get their drinks and leave.
Great coffee but the worst drive thru ever. Used to just to the walk up but now you cant park in the parking lot youd have to park at the old mall.
Fix your drive through before your customers kill eachother. I hadn’t been in years but my partner wanted coffee so we went. The line was out their lot, something that even I remembered happens all the time. Apparently their solution was to add a sign, banning right hand turns into their lot. I was unaware of this until another customer decided to try to inform me by frantically waving her arms then cutting me off, followed by rolling down her window and shouting insults. This isn’t her fault, she just wanted he coffee but this location is setup so poorly, she almost cause a car accident. Please just close for a week or two and remodel before the city closes another location.
