I hit this location semi-regularly. The drinks are always good, the line moves at a steady pace even onthe busiest of days, the employees are what set them apart. The whole crew is always smiling and incredibly freindly. If you go semi-regularly, they even remember your order. Keep it up!
I love the coffee. I personally don't like people pretending to give a rat s**t what I'm going to be doing that day and don't so much care to talk. Not their fault; I'm just grumpy I guess. I just want my coffee so I can go. They are always super nice though.
Not sure how a large blended Caramelizer and kid's chocolate milk turned into two mediums drinks and the guy even repeated my order. Couldn't get them made right because line was so long. Can't contact you on app because it's broken. Won't go back.
Have been coming here for years. They will not serve you as a walking customer any longer (and have a horrible line for driving) and were not friendly about it. So much for a healthy community ?I did just reach out as requested below. Happy to share how it's handled. But personally have not been back since my last experience. Thanks!
Asked for the biggest size and they gave me a 16oz for over $5. I dont know why I paid for a sampler cup.
Went to Dutch today and came home to find a bee in my drink. Tried calling the store several times no response... very disappointed
So glad we stopped at this one.! We went to another but line was way to long.Asked for a surprise frost and seriously not disappointed, they made me an off menu drink and it's amazing.Line was short and by the time we got done ordering there were no cars in front us. These people move. Definitely one of the better stores.
This location is awful. The walk up is closed for no reason and it takes them FOREVER to make drinks. They just move extremely slowly. Why have 14 people working if you can’t keep the line moving. Manager needs to do better.
Look I understand it can be really cool when an ex coworker shows up in line or whatnot, but you have a line and you are not considering customers, yes they are a customer but 3 people were ahead of them AND you skipped us ??? We came first? Haha wtheck. The only thing that made up for it somewhat was the cashier she was friendly
Always a great staff and a great attitude! This location struggles with space and they face each challenge with a smile and wonderful personalities. My drink is always made how I want it. Keep up the great work.
