Customer service just isn’t customer service anymore. Waited 15 mins for a drink because they were doing nothing but laughing and talking. I finally spoke up because I was gonna be late to work. The only girl that I was working was young and new and didn’t know what she was doing. Someone told her she was making it wrong finally and that’s when I just decided on getting a refund because I couldn’t wait any longer !
Love this place! Although it is pricey compared to Dunkin, it has better customer service and the drinks taste amazing. The drink I usually get is the Bob Marley which has a mix of chocolate, banana, and coffee as well as the Bananay which is coffee with banana ??. I get them both as a Dutch freeze but there are options fo iced , hot, or frozen.
They take forever! Waste a lot of time chit chatting with the customers at the window. I literally watched the female employee stick her head out the window and talk to the customer for 15 minutes while everyone's drinks were ready. This is not the time to have a conversation about your life story, some of us are trying to get to work!
I started asking the girls what do you recommend or what can we do that's not on the menu? I've been surprised at how many variations can be created. Theses concoctions keeps me returning.
One of the best Dutch Bros experiences I have ever had! The vibes were pleasant and jovial and the service was speedy and accurate! Definitely will revisit them!
Good place, but hope you have 30 minutes to wait. The line can move very slowly at times and they show no urgency to move cars through the line. Lucky their products are good and people are addicted to caffeine.
THE EMPLOYEES ARE ROCKSTARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Today was my first time ever trying Dutch Bro's I am a starbucks girl at heart. At first i thought my drink was just ok but the more i kept drinking it the better it got, i think its because i had never had that specific taste of coffee. Anyways the reason for the review is because the workers there are seriously so nice and happy!!!!!!!!!! You typically dont get that type of experience anywhere in AZ. Honestly that was probably one of the best coffee experiences i have ever had because of how nice the employees were, they even offered to remake my drink because i didnt like it at first - my fault because im the one who ordered it, but after continuing to drink it - it was honestly AWESOME! 10/10 i think Dutch Bros converted me because now im not sure if i can drink starbucks again after having this delicious COLD BREW
I come for an iced mocha large with light ice. The coffee is weak like watered down. I don't want to make small talk, is there something I can do when I order to avoid it?.Something short, impersonal, and easy, that doesn't make it seem like I'm a grinch? Like I want a large iced mocha light ice, hold the chat. Then they know the only communicating I want to do is to facilitate the exchange of money for product?.I'm not rude, but yeesh I work hard and my brain is tired and thinking about a lot of things. When I get all these questions, I feel like I'm paying a coffee tax. Nobody cares what you're going to do tonight or this weekend. You're just asking for the sake of asking. I guess some people enjoy that. To me it's irritating. When you clearly don't want to talk, they seem to keep on with a list of annoying questions as if to pester you for fun..Lastly whoever designed this location's looks, I guess all dutch bros locations have to look the same, but in our neighborhood it looks really ugly. This gray and blue theme bleh, really cheapens the area.
Always love visiting these guys. They are always busy and yet they still take the time to personalize your visit.
Went inside thinking it was faster. I was totally wrong it seems like employees care more about the drive thru then inside customers. I also don’t understand why every time you pay they ask for you to leave a tip. It always makes me feel uncomfortable when the staff does that. I don’t mind tipping but to be asked I feel is rude.
