I’ve gone out of my way to visit this location exclusively for the longest time now. Everyone here is so kind, always remembers me, never gets drinks wrong. I always leave with a positive feeling and you can tell they make an effort to keep it that way. Thanks guys :)
The employees are trying really hard, but there has to be something seriously wrong with management. The last few times I've tried to go here which spans a year or so, the lobby has been closed and they were only serving donuts, no hot food. The signs said it's due to being shorthanded, not the pandemic. Choose a different location.
You call this a bagel with cream cheese? This is what I received for a bagel with cream cheese. Not even toasted.I continue to experience bad service here and will no longer return.
I always order through doordash except for a few times when I go through the drive thru. Ordering delivery has always been good for me. I always get all my items and they make my food exactly like I want. Drive thru takes forever but it's like that everywhere not just here. I could tell that the employees are doing their best, I've worked for bad upper management before and I can see the signs. Like how the credit card machine is giving them problems, they're not hiring enough people, the employees have to stay nice and positive even when the customers are being belligerent. I was in the drive thru when another customer was being excessively rude to the employees. This ALL falls on upper management. Do better for your employees Dunkin.
do not go here. this dunkin is absolutely terrible. i worked here for nearly a year and the treatment i received as a shift lead was horrible. if you’re thinking of working here, don’t. the management is poor and they love to play favorites here. any job is better than working there. also the condition of the store is disgusting. not only does the district manager refuse to take care of anything wrong with the store, they make their employees work through these hazardous conditions. so i most definitely do not recommend working or eating here. just go to the starbucks across street which is way better.
You can't go wrong with donuts! My son really likes Dunkin' donuts I don't eat them but he seems to love them so I guess I'll keep on buying them lol.
I placed a mobile order around 4am as a walk in pickup. Once I get there the doors are locked, but I notice someone’s at the register so I tap on the door. He looks directly at me and walks away. I tap again & still no answer. Then I call and nobody picks up. I then go through the drive thru and no luck until the 2nd time. The employee is then very passive with me after I explain how I was waiting outside in the cold and asked why the door was locked if they’re open. He responds with “Sorry about that. Have a good day”. I then get to work and notice there is no Bacon on my avocado toast which I had paid extra for. I try calling the store a few times and again nobody answers. Idk if the guy who opened that day was new or what the situation was but I was very disappointed in the customer service & he also could’ve at least told me they were out of bacon if that was the case.
Terrible terrible service. I ordered online and specifically chose that I would pickup inside. When I arrive the doors are locked and I can see the staff just staring at me trying to get in. So I wait in a very long line just to pick up. I ask why it is closed and who I assume is the manager rudely says we’re closed bc we don’t have enough people to be open inside. Ridiculously inconvenient for people who only have to pick up orders. When I get to the window they tell me a total but I already paid online. Again, the manager rudely barges into the conversation and asks for my name. Then they hand me my stuff and forget to give my donuts I ordered. Once I get the donuts I realize they are all the same flavor when I ordered a variety!!! Horrible service.
So today I decided to stop by Dunkin’ and get a coffee and snackin bacon . Staff was super friendly my coffee is delicious, my only problem is my bacon . I have never received my bacon raw! And to my understanding it seemed the staff may have known their bacon wasn’t cook to standard because the lady at the window told me she didn’t charge me for it but didn’t explain why . I ate two pieces not looking and it was cold as ice and no seasoning what so ever . I know I shouldn’t be complaining considering I did get it for free , however eating raw bacon is just outrageous!
DONT eat here. I hate to be this person but this place is not ran well at all. I worked here for almost a year as a shift leader and I can't begin to describe the treatment I received here as a full time employee. Not to mention the disgusting conditions we were made to work in that could make customers very sick. Due to the district managers carelessness, every month the grease trap in the backroom would overflow and flood the backroom where all of the donuts and breads are made and stored and we still were made to serve those items. It would cause us to not be able to fill up the sinks, aka we weren't able to wash dishes properly. I was told by another employee that it's been happening for over 3 years. Every week we were screamed at and guilted for "not doing enough" as we were being overworked and severely shortstaffed while being treated horribly by customers at the same time. Once we were forced to work for over a week while the AC was broken in the summer and the building was at 107°f. Lots of sketchy things going on here
