So I'm only giving three stars because the guy that helped me out seemed pretty patient and his mannerisms meant well. However, I did not get the name of the lady that was working the drive-thru window and I wish I did. So life happens right? It's early in the morning. My work schedule and home life doesn't allow me a whole lot of sleep. I didn't realize that I used the wrong debit card through the drive-thru. So instead of being one of those people, I pulled to the front and came in with the same debit card not realizing. He was super patient and I finally realized after coming in that it was the wrong card so I went back out and got the one that actually works. When I came back in I could hear him talking to her saying she had the wrong debit card. She's going out to get the right one. Then all I hear from her is oh God a big breath and her shaking her head. I'm sorry that my money isn't inconvenience to you. That goes to your paycheck. And I'm also sorry that I'm such an inconvenience to you of simply being a human being at 3:30 in the morning, making a simple but fixable mistake. Honestly I'm not a confronting type and if it wasn't so damn early I probably would have said something. But if you happen to read this lady. Do better before you get the right one.

Drove to four different stores across Phoenix to surprise my son with his favorite coffee. Every store I visited (from Avondale to Scottsdale) across the valley was closed, even though Google maps said the stores were "Open". It was only 2pm. With Dunkin's rising prices, erratic store hours, and refusal to honor refills, I will make my own coffee. Circle K has fresh ground coffee 24/7, with syrup and chilled creamers. It only sets ne back $5.99/month instead of each DAY. Supply and demand.

Horrible customer service. If I could rate this a zero I would. I had to ask the girl if I was going to get help from them after standing there for more then 3 mins. There was no one inside the store and the drive thru was also empty. The two girl that where working where so rude and when I said thank you the girl rolled her eyes and walked away!!!

WORST EXPERIENCE.I took my little nephew for a donut to celebrate, and the employees were very rude and unprofessional at the drive thru. My coffee order was wrong and when I drove off, the bag didn't have the donut I ordered. When I went back I went inside to get the donut they forgot and no one wanted to attend me and when they did they were rude again. Never again.

ANDREA IS SO RUDE. If you’re that miserable don’t put it out of customers just change to a different service industry? This store needs to be more professional and get it together instead of gossiping. They literally see you standing at the pick up counter and just ignore you. Makes you uncomfortable to even approach and ask a question. The customer is not even acknowledged or greeted, they just make you feel like a bother.

Manager is coughing, no mask, long wait for orders, no acknowledgement of customer's. Store is dirty and it's 8:30am. The only positive is one employee tried to get the order right after the 20 minute wait. Speaking badly about the customer in the drive thru. Don't come here unless you don't care.

I went in to get some coffee and food. There was no one around and the place looked closed already. It was before 7pm. I go in to get food, (told they closed the kitchen already.) Its 2 hrs before you close. The 2 girls there were in the back. I had to call to get one to come out front. The girl, who happend to be black, came out all hostile, not greeting me, and not speaking audibly where I could hear her. She gave me a look the whole time like, "you are bothering me, go away." I kept having to ask her to speak up or say again. When I asked about avocado toast she said the kitchen was closed. Really? You still have 2 hrs left before 9pm, and you cant make toast? I'm not asking for a damn Cake, just toast and avocado. All I wanted was coffee and some avocado toast. She said ahe couldn't make the Matcha latte I wanted first because they were out of milk.I dont know if this was a lie or not. But certainly did not feel welcome with her. And she certainly could have made toast. If you are going to close the kitchen, 2 hrs before your closing time, you need to post signs when the kitchen closes. Not coming back.

This place sucks, this is the second time we’ve went to this same location and they never have donuts. they don’t even have coffee. It is always so empty. They were laughing and didn’t realize i was there, it took them around 10 minutes to realize someone was waiting. The lady in the front was also very rude.

The chai latte is great. But they should really stop doing breakfast foods. The mini pancakes were hard and flavorless. The omlet was also flavorless. The bacon bites are good and the avocado toast is phenomenal.

I absolutely love Dunkin Donuts - have been going there for decades, but this location - Goodness, why can't they get it right???I order Blueberry muffin - I get chocolate chip. I order a bagel, I get a croissant, I order 1 skim in my coffee, I get super light coffee. I order Hot coffee, I get iced. Consistently missing items, or receiving the wrong items. I usually order thru Uber Eats, and they wont even refund me anymore. It is so disappointing!
