Placed a larger order online, when door dash delivered several items were missing. Called in and spoke with the manager and she not only replaced our missing items she also gave us some dessert. Then on top of everything she drove everything to our home personally. When my wife met her she was very nice and very apologetic. That is a perfect example of how managers should be !
I when to have a take out dinner with my wife we ordered a baked meat potato for her and the meat sampler for me. What a disappointment both were bad the meat in the potato tasted funny to my wife so she tossed it and only ate half of the potato and the sampler the meat was burned and the sausage was greasy I had to toss it also. The sides of green beans and Mac and cheese was horrible. Sorry to say I will not be returning to this location
Ordered a few plates and a sandwich, through using their app. Definitely could make it easier to use, and in addition, there's some items that weren't available, but it wouldn't tell me if they were out, or if I was ordering too early (such as a dinner only offer). Upon getting our food, I felt that some of the portions were small, especially considering the prices of charged. I only order once or twice a year from them but I feel like the prices jumped. The food was very good, not the best BBQ I've had, but good for being a fast food place. Also, when you walk in there's just a single line, which I waited in until my turn. It should be much more obvious to walk to an area for orders already placed.
went in today on feb 24th around 5, other than the portion sizes, i enjoyed my order , the pulled pork plate. little pricey for the size of the portion but the bbq sauce was great and the meat itself was a 7/10. nice staff, clean restaurant.
Group of us went to Dickey's this past Sunday. Ordered the burnt ends sandwich and wings. The sandwich was a kid size for $12 dollars also had to take it back because the bread was stale. Needless to say the second one wasn't any better. Thought about using them to cater my 60th party but I will pass. Not worth the money. Very disappointed.
The food was great, but the service we had was even better!!!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DICKY'S BBQ. (7th st and bell)
It’s dickies they are great. Staff is friendly…well most of the staff. They did go cheap on their “big yellow cups” now. And they are not yellow anymore. Just call them dickies cups because they aren’t yellow they are cheap clear cups now

The inside of the restaurant was clean and organized. The staff was polite and helpful. But the food was very disappointing. The ribs were tender, but tasteless, and the green beans tasted old. The potato salad was halfway decent. $19 for a single dinner is a bit much for an unsavory meal. It doesn't matter how long you've been in business if new customers don't return. Understandable why the place was empty. I won't be returning there. ???
The store on Greenway and 7th Street rocks! Love the brisket sandwiches. Dickey's BBQ sauce is my favorite by far. The people serving you in the store now are great. My go-to place for an easy dinner or a quick lunch or both. Looking forward to trying their prime rib holiday meal.
