I usually only give bad reviews but THIS!!!!!! This place is the only place I’ve really sat there and thought about writing a good review. Tried it for the first time and it did not disappoint GAS We ordered online for a curbside pickup and the wait time was maybe 3-5 mins.OrderedBrisket burger 10/10Fries 8/10 got cold onesRibs 12/10Wings 6/10 size was as small as my pinky could of been bigger but taste was all there
Great food but long wait only suger free drinks glad I ordered on line.
Food was fresh and delivered to out table fast. The soda machine was out of every soda except diet. But the manager made it right by giving us free cookies as a dessert to our meal. Thanks for a good BBQ brisket. Keep up the good work Dickys.
I would not recommend. I have been to this Dickeys about 10 times. Evertime I have entered and not been greeted. I have been the only customer in line. I stand around waiting for about ten minutes. When I am just about to give up and leave some one will finally ask what I want to order. It seems like they are always understaffed. The workers are very busy but not with customers. No idea what they are doing. The food is good, but the portions are very small for the price. The containers sides come in are shockingly small and made even worse by the high bottoms. The complimentary ice cream machine is almost always broken or being cleaned during lunch hours. This most recent trip I ordered a sandwich that comes with a dipping sauce like a French dip. The sauce was not in the bag and the BBQ beans I ordered were actually the jalapeños beans and made my daughter cry. My wife ordered the competition meat plate. The portions were very small and on top of that half the "meat" was inedible fat. I will not be returning and recommend you find somewhere else for BBQ. Bobby Q's is near by and very good.
Went in to order food and was only person in line and was ignored as I stood and waited. Walked over to register and was asked if I was picking up and I said need to place an order and was told to go stand back where I was already ignored so I went somewhere else. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE TWICE NOW AT PEORIA LOCATION. No more chances don't support that business!
Awesome experience. Great BBQ. A little pricey but everything has gone up recently. We all had the pit dip sandwich, which was very good. We also tried fried okra, baked beans and the loaded mashed potato casserole. All were excellent, loved the okra. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They even helped us find a small discount coupon. There is free soft serve vanilla ice cream and cones which is fun. The restaurant and restrooms were clean. Overall a great experience.
We ordered two party packs to feed 25 people total less than a day out with no issues. We scheduled the pickup as early as possible the next morning and everything was ready to go at the set time. The hot food was hot, the cold food cold. Everything was wrapped securely and neatly, and we got it there with no mess. We had everything we needed, definitely recommend the packs for any events. Great experience and really appreciate the care the staff took packing everything up for us.
I ordered Brisket plate, Half a rack plate and a Pulled pork sandwich plate and our meats were cold also the ribs we’re under cooked (tuff pull) and the pulled pork sandwich was very salty. Now keep in mind we live less then five (5) minutes away from the restaurant. I called the restaurant no answer, called the next day, the same thing no answer. So my wife and I decided to go back to the restaurant to speak to someone with the food in our hands. My wife and I got the run around we went back and forth with a employee we asked to speak with the manager; Manager wasn’t there. I wasn’t even asking for the money back we just wanted to replace our food.
DO NOT ORDER Door Dash from this location. We have place three orders and all have not only taken well over an hour, but every orders been wrong. Two of the three orders they did not have a single cup or side of bbq sauce, even though we paid for extra sides of spicy bbq. Its the absolute worst experiences Ive had with Dickies. We had no issues at any of the other locations. $40 down the drain three times. Was frustrated now Im just angry at the incompetence. This one just cant figure it out clearly.
Ribs were ok. Less than average meaty. The sides satisfied my hunger. The beans probably came out a can and the potato casserole was warmed up reconstituted mashed potatoes.
