Love the spicy BBQ sauce. Disappointed once as they were out of brisket and ribs at 1 pm! I guess that is how delicious their BBQ is!
Excellent service. However Dickeys has recently imposed an up charge on orders with beef (e.g. brisket). The company has not updated their menus to honestly display this change to customers. Instead they force their employees to have an awkward conversation with any customer who orders a beef product. In my opinion, Dickeys should ensure they have accurate prices posted in their locations and online. Otherwise the prices posted are false advertising.
WORST BBQ EVER !! (listen to video in comments section) Then they tell us there is a surcharge for beef brisket but NOT on signage in store. Been trying to get a refund since (April 18) owner Joe said “will not refund because we got what we asked for.”

Disappointing in many ways. Firstly, I chose the 2 meat platter (ribs and pulled pork). I received 2 overcooked, tasteless ribs and the pulled pork was tasteless. I was charged $22.00 for the meal and that is with no drink. Now I know why the place was empty! The restaurant was untidy with cardboard boxes stacked up in the eating area. The reason why I gave 2 stars instead of 1 star, is because the manager was friendly.
The barbecue is so good at Dickeys the smoky flavors are the best. And after a minor ordering issue a very nice lady named Casandra was so helpful! Happy to have this location in the neighborhood!
Best BBQ in AZ. The sauces are amazing and recommend your Brisket chopped. Go for the big portion cause there is always room for more of this amazing BBQ.
Food was mostly terrible and very dry. No flavor. Staff ignored us. So not worth it for the price. The texas toast is just very thin, very stale walmart-lookin sliced bread. I got 3 spoonful of beans the rest in the cup was all liquid.

Andre, April, Ausie, and Stephan are wonderful! They take amazing care of me when I come into the store. I recently had an issue with doordash, and Andre made sure I was taken care of after parts of my order went missing during delivery. I no longer use doordash, but I love the treatment I receive when I come into the restaurant. He made me feel comfortable enough to come back again. Love the food and love the service. Thanks Andre and team!
