Pre made crepe was way too thin, the vanilla cream was substituted for whip cream and the hash browns were only cooked on the top and the rest was undercooked, just warm. When told the manager of the food quality he said that’s the way it is made , and told me the crepe was pre made and they are all like that so that wasn’t made fresh . The strawberries still had leaves attached so I didn’t finish on account of repeatedly taken leaves out that was mixed with the syrup from the strawberries, the powder sugar was barely noticeable. Will not be going back there for breakfast. Or at least not this location. Unless I want a drink
after being made fun of my handicapp here the higher up gave me credit so almost a yr later at 10 am all dirty sat down was told no ice and that it would be later that day ..... f that left went online and this site had no ice machine for 3 days prior wth.. should of gottin ice everday before 4am and more ..this place is just a drug fed workforce here and screams sickness everywere
Waitress never greeted us, just said "know what you want" with attitude and left because we clearly weren't ready... didn't even have a menu yet! Dirty silverware seemed to make her madder at us, but it wasn't us.Over easy eggs, clearly over done. It was an experience, that's for sure. There are still some servers who've been there for a long while and make the place great but unless you get them you get someone like T who was just unhelpful.
Had a great experience here . Great service all around. We didnt wait long to order or receive our meal. You'd think with quick service the quality would get thrown out the window. However that wasn't the case here. Our food was fresh and hot as well nicely portioned. We will definitely be returning to this location! Thank you for the memorable experience!!
Night server was fantastic! He was very nice and polite. Did not get any of our orders wrong and anything we asked for he was on top of it. Food was delicious and we didn't have to wait very long. Definitely coming back but only if I can get the same waiter. Thank you Elstino!
We had Reena Ann as a waitress and she was extremely friendly and gave great service. She even brought me my 2nd soda in a to-go cup which was very appreciated. Also gave us some local sites to visit as we are from out of state. Wish all my waitresses were this nice!
This is the most unprofessional restaurant I have ever eaten at. Ordered online for them to forget my pancakes and my cheese on my eggs. Then when my wife called back the man who answered was very rude about the situation supposedly it was a dishwasher. I cant stand horrible customer service and I will get my REFUND one way or another for my horrible meal by the time i sat down to eat the food was cold and disgusting. So please do not eat or order from here go anywhere else. This place does not deserve your money or patronage. I rarely give bad reviews and this place and people deserve it NOT SORRY.

The quality and size of the food has gone down from pandemic time.The sizzlers are not as good as I remembered. Not are the breakfast slams.The customer service has gone down too. Over 10 mins between visits from the wait staff. I had to ask another waiter about getting a glass of water and a menu because I wanted desert. Should have left, the crepe.... Flat, smushed, and a bit tasteless.This was my 2nd visit before leaving a review, always make sure before leaving a review.Eat at your own risk and patience.Edit... Reason for edit is that I spent the next few hours on the toilet. Well, that I the last time I eat there. Be safe and try to stay healthy.
We just love Denny's! The food is always good and the price is reasonable. The only reason for the 4 stars, is our waitress was not very personable, but she could have been having a hectic day.
