Glad to see a new server tonighrt when we came in for a birthday dinner (party of 8). We were promptly seated, our server Christina didnt blink an eye when we said we we're ready to orders when she suggested drinks. She was amazing attentive and played into our evenings jokes making our experience there that much better tonight. So thank you Christina, we will definitely be coming back.... kudos to management for getting her in the door!!!
bad place lied said food would take 45 min then said there out of burgers and messed up on the drinks. then turned around said oh we can make burgers it would take 5 min naw you just bad place
Worst restaurant chain. you have to wait 20-30 minutes for the waiter to come to you. tea was brought to me by a janitor who cleans the restaurant. I sat one and two more tables. the staff walks around and does not notice the visitors. very very bad attitude and service. Avoid this place if you respect yourself and value your time.
Y'all need more staff, top help clean, be waiters/servers for ppl, bust tables & cash ppl out... 2 ppl shouldn't be simultaneously responsible for all of tht at the same time. ALSO Y'ALL PORTIONS FOR OMELETS IS CHILDISH,. WE'RE GROWN FOLKS AKA OTR DRIVERS, THAT ARE HUNGRY. NEXT TIME IMA SEND THT BACK OR PAYHALF IN CASH, DON'T CHARGE ME FULL PRICE FOR A Kids Meal! But ultimately the food was okay, tht chicken skillet needs alil touch up >No BS< the ? was barely to dry, & the veggies shouldn't be cooked in the same sauce as Everything Else.. Do light Teriyaki or something else. Y'all Claw Machine is also another scammer. Yalls claw has less grabbing strength as Mr.Trumps BigMac eating hand.
Positive, food quality and price. Negative, soooo slow. From sitting to taking order 20 minutes, received food at roughly 40 minutes. Struggled to eat with no drinks. Even getting the check took 10 minutes, just ended up standing at the register with 4 other people for about 10 minutes waiting to check out. I feel the wait staff were friendly and probably doing their best, but the whole place only had 1 waitress, 1 hostess, and I assume 1 cook baked on how long the food took.
Music is way too loud!!! Waitress says there's nothing she can do about it. I came in here to enjoy a nice relaxing breakfast after a long day of driving. I didn't come in here to dance to garbage music set at an absurdly loud and annoying volume
My service was bad , the waitress took 15 minutes to finally come to our table to ask what we wanted to drink , they did not know the promotions thst was on the kids menu . No jelly in the table for my toast . I had stop. Going to thst Dennis I will not go bsck again to thst dennys
My recent experience here doesn't deserve any stars. Today wasn't my first bad experience here but I won't be going back. I understand that they're short staffed and I expected to wait. I understand the weekends are busier which makes them being short staffed even worse. What I don't understand is why the manager and our waitress thought that it was okay to take their frustrations out on the guests. They don't greet you when you come in. Not an ounce of acknowledgement. They don't set any expectations so that customers can decide if they have the time to wait. Everyone walks around huffing and puffing, rolling their eyes at any request. Food was probably the worse we've had for a Denny's. This site really needs to get it together. They've been short staffed since before the pandemic so we can't blame COVID for this. This location should be shutdown and the employees here sent to work at another Denny's. Our whole experience from the long wait time (was ignored for 15 minutes), the attitude of the manager and waitress and the poor food quality was absolutely terrible. SHUT IT DOWN.
The worst food I have ever ate from a Denny’s... my wife and I waited a hour to be sat down by the host after we got a table we waited another hour to receive out food. Not to mention the food was cold... I understand we are In the desert but it doesn’t mean the food should be dry too. I ordered the 10oz tbone.. asked for it medium, I would have come out better getting a bag of beef jerky... I would advise anyone to stay away from this place
Horrible service. The waitress was rude and acted like she wanted to be anywhere else other than where she was at. Coffee was cold. Fire alarm went off. Took forever for them to turn it off. Loud construction noise. Food was just ok. I ordered sausage with my pancakes the waitress brought out bacon.I know it's a Denny so I wasn't expecting 5 star service and food...but they weren't even trying to provide good service and food.
