I almost didn’t even walk into dennys the other day. It was busy and I had my three month old in tow, with an appointment in an hour down the road. I’m so glad I decided to give it a try though. Even though it was very busy up front. Olivia didn’t miss a beat. She seated me immediately, was kind, the second I placed my menu down she took my order, and was prompt with my food. She was courteous, and swift. In addition, I could see that it looked like she was training and handling multiple other things up front. I don’t know if she was a server or a manager or anything, but I wanted everyone to know that she made my experience there amazing, I hope this message finds her or her manager somehow so she can know she made my day just a little easier that day.

We went to Denny's to have breakfast, Mothers Day morning, a mistake in itself, because any restaurant was going to be busy, but I forgot about that. I will state that the both of us are foodservice 'veterans', myself 2+ decades, in management, so we get it, understand more than most.However, one thing caught my eye that was something very rare these days. Throughout the chaos that was going on, servers running themselves ragged, I noticed that there was one, who was exceptionally attentive to the tables that hadn't yet been 'visited' by their server. Tables not even in her 'section' or what most would deem within their scope of responsibility. Olivia, not only acknowledged these tables, but offered to bring them beverages, while they waited for the server to 'show up', us about 15 minutes. She even brought out napkins, and silverware to the tables that had none.Again, it is quite rare to see this, far, above and beyond sense of teamwork and customer service, one reason we seldom dine out and more so at very few establishments. Only those that consistently prove 'they are up to par', in every aspect. It was quite encouraging to see that there are still a few, yet becoming ever so rare, customer service oriented food service PROFESSIONALS, out there. I know from experience, that Olivia has the potential to be quite the influence, a leadership, by example asset to this organization, given the opportunity. She wasn't posturing, showing off, or expecting anything in return for her efforts, simply embodied an 'exceptional customer experience', as her STANDARD. Immensely admirable.The only aspect that eluded the 5th star, was the pricing of our meals, ~$13 for a breakfast, to me is just not, "a good value" to me. But I know this is a 'corporate thing', and little to do with this location.

I ordered through doordash pickup a Dennys item and a Burger Den item . There was no cook on duty, so rather than cancel the order with integrity, they wait until I arrive and tell me it's my job to cancel. Glad they did. Here's their empty restaraunt that wastes your time, makes you cover their admin side of canceling, and doesn't even offer a drink for your trouble

This is the best go to for an easy fix! Cinnamon pancakes are my favorite for breakfast food and then there’s the burger for lunch or dinner. Service was good and the music was classic!!! Would recommend to anyone

Always like coming to this place, but now i love the service. Especially the waitress AMANDA, if you want great service she the girl you want. She nice, kind, funny and very atantive. Get my order perfect every time. Wonderful service

Our server was Nacho! He was an amazing server! He gave us everything we asked for even though we had some “odd” requests! Very efficient and kind hearted! Definitely coming back just to be served by him again!

Place an online order went to have my husband pick up and he was given the wrong order. I had to then go back to go get the right order and stood there for 10 minutes before I had to go around the corner and ask for some assistance two families had walked out because no one came to Seat them. I then had to ask for help the lady looked at me rolled her eyes and then the man came to help me I then got home and my order was still incorrect my sausage and bacon were dry my son spaghetti only had literally three bites that he could’ve eaten he was missing his mashed potatoes and my food were just thrown together definitely very unprofessional and definitely will not be going back

Our waitresses name was Katrina. She greeted us with a smile and was very friendly. Food was nice and hot, made to perfection. very tasty and delicious. Interior was very clean as well as the exterior. Great customer service.. thank you Denny's we will be returning soon.

Waiter did not come to our table once after giving us our food. I said something to him in front of the manager about his customer service skills and the manager acted like he didnt hear anything

My family and I waited a good 40 mins for our food. There was a table that got to order after we’ve already been waiting for our food. They were the first to receive there food.
