This location needs to be shut down. I lived in the area for over ten years and this place has really gone down hill. Walking in the door automatically smell like dirty rags, dirty floors. I should’ve turned around at that point..the sampler we orders was undercooked.. we asked for it to be cooked more and it looked even worse upon returning back to is the 2nd time. We waited over 40 mins to get our food and there was one other person there. The place was not busy at all… save your time and money and go somewhere else. See photo of white mozzarella sticks, white onion rings and white fries. This photo was after preparing the dish a second time.
The food was good. Our waitress was nice and checked up on us. The place smelled like dirty mop water. As soon as we walked in, we smelled it. A lot of the employees were chatting and on their phones and not paying attention to customers. My server was really nice though and professional. The cups they gave us looked soo dirty. They switched it out for us but still looked kinda dirty. I’m sure it’s the dishwasher leaving the stains on it but still…. It made me not want to drink from it. I don’t think we’ll come back to this one.
I just had an early dinner with my family and my own mom at this location. It was a last minute decision and everywhere we called was packed or limiting service today on Mother’s Day.We had a wonderful experience; from the manager opening the door for us, our server Madison and her attentive manner, accurate order taking, pretty smile and pleasant conversation to them giving each of us moms a single rose. Thank you for your service and tasty meal! We will be back to this specific location!
Great burger! And the ranch there is sooo good! The guy that came around to give drink refills gave us a generous portion enough to even take home! Thank you bus boy he told us they make they're own ranch it wasn't from a bottle. He was right good food good service great ranch!
I have to give a shout out to this Denny's location. The New menu is amazing, affordable, and easy to follow. They have a new cook, her name is Isabelle, and she is so good she should probably be on Hell's Kitchen! The head cook Tony is also someone to mention because he can be observed and heard in the back making sure the food is cooked just right and with passion. Finally, there's Larue the RP (manager) he is making sure, personally, that everyone receives world class service. I will definitely come back as well as refer friends and family to this specific location. You should come too. See you there!!!
My son, cousin, and niece and I visited here on the last Saturday in March. We were starving when we arrived! Weirdly there were absolutely no customers in your restaurant that evening! All the staff were deep-cleaning just to keep busy. Our waitress was absolutely PHENOMENAL! And since there were no customers, my extremely shy cousin felt brave enough to talk to the waitress and even asked her for his own food! They had a great conversation, in which she was just amazing towards him! We ordered so much food and a lot of it was specially ordered and our waitress made sure they weren't out of certain foods before writing our orders down. Plus we ordered a bunch of food to go and she was on top of everything! She definitely deserves a raise or a promotion or both!
Went to sit down and have a nice breakfast with my mom. 45 minutes after ordering our food we hadn't been served yet, and we're sitting there, watching our plates go cold on the line for 15 minutes as our server answers a personal call and proceeds to grab 3 other peoples food that arrived to the restaurant after us. Worst customer service I've ever experineced at a Denny's in my life. The Denny's on the south side of Phx are better than this place.
A friend and I stop by there on the spur of the moment. The hostess was very efficient and a real sweetheart. Service was good and the food was delicious. It was my first time having a panookie, and that was awesome.
That’s it. I’m done with this place. Half of the staff is just wearing street attire. Looks like people who walked in to eat just decided to start serving as well. My order was wrong. I know for a fact what I said I ordered. Server argued with me that what she wrote down was what I said. Then I hear the cooks curse when it went back. This place is run down.
