Best service ever .!!The gentleman host very attentive.Waitress very smart and gives good recommendations when selecting menu so the food experience gets better.I would definitely come back to Denny’s this location .
Wow great experience. I can’t thank the staff enough! Rae was our server such a sweet person and was very attentive with us, great customer service and food! Brian was our cook and wow amazing cook! The eggs were on point he definitely knows how to cook an over medium egg! Thank you Dennys out in carefree hwy awesome experience we will definitely be coming out more. Thank you guys!
Not too bad overall pretty good experience my family in me had a fantastic meal thanks to our waitress I believe her name was Christine overall waiting time for the meal not to happy about but our waitress was fantastic and help speed up things I would recommend the Denny's on carefree highway to any travelers stop in and have a bite you won't be sorry.
Food was great but the poor server needed so much help. She was the only one there. My friend and I got the sampler platter and it took like 45 minutes to get out food. We were there for a quick bite for lunch but we're there for an hour and 25 minutes.
This Denny's has a good vibe with friendly staff. The food is prepared fresh and they did not mess up the order. Good choice of music. The temperature and taste of the food was good. The portion sizes of the food that was served was good. The waitress Tracy was on top of keeping the drinks and keeping us up to date with the status of the food for our table.
I come here all the time mostly late after 7 pm I don't know who the management is but Melissa was definitely that and the only server she was great my hamburger was the best my coffee was hot and full thank you. Satisfied customer
Only one server, order was correct except for my eggs. I ate them anyway because she forgot to put in the correct egg order. There was an issue with the water being backed up in the kitchen and yet customer kept being seated. The server was apologetic even though I felt like none of it was her fault, she was spread pretty thin. I felt like management should have done better in assisting the server and customers.
My family eats at this Denny’s every Thursday evening. Usually, the only workers at that time are Theresa and the cook. The cook is very good and Theresa is not only a great waitress, but she does it all. She seats people, takes their order, delivers the food, checks on her customers throughout the meal, and serves as the cashier as well. She is super friendly and super efficient even when a larger crowd than one waitress should have to handle is present. Theresa makes the Denny’s experience a very favorable one!
Food was absolutely disgusting. It actually tasted like it was already cooked a couple weeks ago and they took it out of the freezer and warmed it up in the microwave. They lie about what they’re plates look like and how many calories are in the food. I feel sick to my stomach lol. If I could’ve rated it a 0 I would have. DONT GO HERE!!!!!!
We left our cell phone at our table and did not realize it until hours later, we used the find my iPhone and it showed in Black Canyon City, so we drove up there to find our waitress Melissa from Denny’s was sleeping in her car and had it in her hand. The manager fired her over it and then hired her back. I will also be making a BBB Complaint
