My family just waited in the lobby for 15 minutes. Not sure if they're short staffed or just willing to ignore a family of 4. We watched them continue to take orders and run food to other customers. A group of 2 people even walked past us and seated themselves, they were greeted quickly. The final straw was when a man came to put things away at the host stand, looked at us, and walked away. This was not a good experience, I won't be returning.
Went in Feb 24th for my birthday to take advantage of my coupon for a free birthday slam... Coupon said in store only. I thought, like other places, that just meant there wasn't a way to redeem online or through an app. When I went inside, it was dead, and nobody up front. After a minute or two, I was greeted by the server and informed that the coupon is dine-in only. She seated me and took my order. Took a while for the food, and most of the time I couldn't but overhear the manager talking to my server and another worker about silverware and other side work. He was the one to drop off the food. Between the food taking a while, and needing to get home to take medicine, I asked for a box. Boxed up my food, and was waiting for the server to drop off the check. Overheard her say something unpleasant, which was most likely about me... Even if not, employees should never talk bad about guests where guests can hear them. Save that for the back. Finally, asked her as she was walking by one of the times about the check. She told me I could pay up front. Manager was trying to check me out, but seemed to have trouble with using the operating system. Server finally came up and took over. At least the blonde girl, who I believe may have the opening server, was friendly and said Happy Birthday on my way out. THANKS! ? Wish my server and the manager had a similar attitude. Didn't think it was my place to explain why i was on a time constraint. Tipped a couple bucks, but would've been much if I felt welcomed. The server seemed indifferent the moment i came in and brought up the coupon... Also, when I got home, the pancakes were delicious but the scrambled eggs were overcooked
For greasy spoon American, this is a great place. Prices are good, waitresses are friendly, and food is dependably the same.
Loved the place... usually Denny's is known for its long wait for service..but luckily the waitress we got for super fast and super nice..we enjoyed the food too..the cook came out and even talked to our 8 yr old son who had to avoid gluten and explain the options we had there ...(although it was very limited).it was kind of them to do that .... Nice experience overall... Would love to go back to this location...
Great service. Good Cobb salad. Son got a burger with pepper jack and fries. Both very good. Appetizers were delicious....mozzarella sticks, chicken tenders, assorted dips. Left full and happy!
Highly recommend this location! The floors are clean, the tables and seats are all clean, and the food is perfectly cooked! We will be back, thank you Sheena again, you're a great server! ❤️
Joe is the Manager all aroundWhat's great lady. The place is homie/homey..idk if that's a word. LolClean and fast and the staff is local town residents, and are knowledgeable.It's a go to for me in as I work in town as ell and the fast food is way to expensive.I recommend a burger her as they have much better food,faster and pricing is great.check it out.. oh did I mention the staff..will not forget your experience. Bring the kids or grand kids as there is a great little place next door for a nights stay. Great location the two I say.
Food was good. The service was excellent. Wait time for food once seated was pretty long, but that was probably because they are short staffed, even though there were only two families including ourselves there.
Excellent food, and fast service. Very good place to eat.
So when you don't want onions in your hash browns and they bring you a little tiny plate with replacement hash browns. The rest of our food still tasted like onions. It took us almost 50 minutes to get our meal served today. This is was terrible and our waitress was even worse. Her attitude was so negative it was unbelievable. Short staffed or not her job is to try to overcome some of the negativity in the restaurant and be positive. She failed miserably even if the kitchen failed.
