Got to the speaker, told them I had a mobile order. Got to the window, they tried to give me the order for the car behind. Gave me my items in a bag, misty freezy/blizzard/sundae. All beginning to melt before we've even left. They also forgot the peanuts to the sundae despite charging me for them. They completed the order way sooner than the time pick up was for (907 was scheduled pick up but got there at 902am and my blizzard was already melting and not upside down). Staff was not friendly .
I ordered a cake. When I placed the order I asked when the earliest time in Sunday was that I could pick up. She told me 10am.I arrived at 10:43. Doors are locked. Staff inside ignored my knock. Called and was told that they do not open until 11am. (Very rudely)Verbally told 10amSign says 10am
Fast and friendly service. Ordered 3 banana splits and a parfait and only waited 5 minutes in the drive-thru. Each one was well-made and delicious.
Excellent customer service and they took food allergies seriously. I love going for a chocolate cone, brings back fond memories of when I was a kid going to DQ in NY! Haven't tried their cakes yet, but they looked really good.

My daughters and I loved our desserts at Dairy Queen. The only reason that I don’t give five stars is that the dining room didn’t appear to be very large. I can’t say that with certainty because it is currently closed. We look forward to coming back to Dairy Queen!
The food was actually very good and fresh, but they do not offer a full menu. No burgers, fries, or chicken sandwiches. We bought chili dogs and pretzel sticks and blizzards. Please check website to see what locations offer a full menu.

They can't even get a turtle sundae correct. They always put this magic shell chocolate that gets hard instead of hot fudge. And when I finally ask for hot fudge to make sure it's correct, they put cashews on it instead of pecans. Come on guys. You're an ice cream place. You should know how to make a turtle sundae. It's your specialty.
