Avoid this place at all costs when they're busy. They will screw up your order guaranteed. I called and spoke to a manager that said to just come back anytime, which I did today about 3 weeks later. But apparently my name wasn't in their mystical journal of screw ups. Best of luck with all future endeavors DQ, cause yer never seeing me again.
Ordered Royal cheesecake blizzard.Not that hard really.It had no fruit in the middle melted. Mentioned it to the gal and she says " so you want a cup of strawberries?" Kinda want what I paid for.Just rude attitudes.Only gal worth anything was the young African American doing the grill.Please don't ask for another chance bcz I don't really think you care.
Went yesterday and there was a line due to the lobby being closed because of an staffing issue. I was in the drive thru line at least 35 mins. Give my order, came to $37 and some change. Was asked to park to wait for the chicken straps, again not a problem. If I'm waiting for fresh food to get done and done properly, I'm just fine. Food comes, get home to eat, and was disappointed. I got the regular chicken basket the chicken was so hard I could only eat the middle of each small "strip" French fries were partly over cooked and under cooked. My sister got the BBQ chicken box, her chicken was bigger than my but everything was the same except she couldn't eat more of hers than I. We got 2 oreo bizzards extra oreo. I think they forgot it was oreo because hardly any was in there. And the ice cream didn't taste right. It was like shaved ice or something just not good. All that waiting for dinner and dessert and we couldn't eat it.
I could not believe they have chocolate soft serve! It was so good! Felt bad for one of the workers, she was trying to make a sundae and the machine splattered ice cream all over her.. hope it's working for her now, but even though that happened she was still nice and laughed it off.
This was my first time at this location. I tried to go to the location at 27th Ave and Camelback but the line was into the street and blocking the right lane, I waited 10 minutes and the line didn't move even one car.The service I received at this location was great. The girl at the drive thru was friendly, my food was hot and fresh and tasted delicious and the blizzards and sundae for the best of my family were great as well. Will definitely be returning to this location.
Horrible service! Hispanic girl yelled at me saying I didn't ask for chocolate ice cream and was very rude! When I got home I found that she gave me vanilla anyway. Why order if your only going to get what they want to make you? Never going back!!!
This Dairy Queen is TRASH!! I ordered a cake over a week ago I spoke with the manager LISA she gave me her phone number to send her a picture that I wanted on the cake. I sent her the picture last Sunday I told her I needed the cake Friday evening which is today. She assured me she would get it taken care of as she was the one who would be making the cake. She did mention she was not working Friday (today) but it would be done and waiting for me. I get there and NO CAKE! They call her and apparently she “FORGOT” to make my cake because she was too busy!! Are you serious??! I ordered this cake over a week ago if she could not do it she had my phone number a quick text saying hey I can’t do it would have been great! Here it is the day before my husband’s birthday and I am cakeless! No one can make the cake I would like by tomorrow! I am beyond livid as I made sure I ordered in plenty of time! Very unprofessional as a manager to “FORGET” about a customers order that SHE TOOK!! If I could give this place 0 stars I would!! If you need to order a cake save yourself sometime and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE BECAUSE THIS PLACE WILL TAKE YOUR ORDER AND “FORGET” to make it!! Ridiculous!!!
Food was good. Window gal could have been a little better. Didn't seem to want to be there at all. Customer service not the greatest. But overall. Pretty chill.
This Dairy Queen has thee worst service possible. It is ridiculous how many times my order is wrong or I have to wait a half hour in the drivethru sometimes both. Ownership management you guys have absolutely dropped the ball here. It’s a absolutely customer service nightmare.
The line took forever, including getting my stuff at the window. Lady quickly handed me my blizzard and there were no toppings. It was straight ice cream with barely any toppings.
