I found a unicorn, a Korean restaurant that charges for kimchi; king Sejong is spinning in his tomb. Food is ok. The prices are a bit high for what is basically bibimbop without an egg. Some people have said this used to be a food truck and if that's true, it makes sense. I'll go get a killer dolsot bibimbop at any Korean restaurant for about the same price and have included banchan (side dishes) so I don't know what these people are trying to get at other than play off people's ignorance of what is literally a few miles away. No reason to dine in because they charge $3 for a bottle of water; the same price for bottled coke, and no option for a cup of water. tldr. skip this place and just go to a local Korean restaurant. You'll get better food for the same money, get included side dishes, and not have to pay for a cup of water.
A little confusing in the beginning. Wish there were pictures on the menu, as an introvert I need to practice what I want to at before going up so the pictures would be helpful to know what meat to choose. They were so super nice and patient even though they were closing soon. Bonus is we got fresh meat near the end of the night.
Super fun and energetic atmosphere, and the food was excellent. We loved it and we'll definitely be back.
First time at cupbop. Great customer service and great food.
This place is absolutely delicious every single time that I come in. I live about twenty minutes away from the restaurant and the food stays warm the entire drive home. It's so good and the portions are enough to make two separate meals. 5/5 would totally recommend
Staff was awesome. I just didn't find the food that good unfortunately. Ordered the one with chicken and the taste of it all was way too similar to Panda Express which is not a favorite. Maybe I will have to try something different next time but not something I'll crave again. Drink options were very limited and all just sugary drinks. Unsweetened Iced Tea would be much appreciated next time.
Customer service was really good. I found the sauces to have a weird after taste, and the teriyaki was super sweet. The Korean friend chicken was a little chewy but overall good. The Korean strawberry drink was so delicious. I will go back to try a different meal.
Don't use online app. Vegetarian options available. No gluten free options. Just go in because they are fast. Food is good enough to make up for app being trash, but please still fix it. You want fast Korean food? Go here for good amount of food for the right price.
Oh heck yes! More GOOD Korean food in the valley!
Delicious meal! A little overpriced, but nearly enough food for two meals. Staff was friendly and efficient. Only thing I wished was different is that they included the vegetable topping in ALL bowls. Right now it’s a little too starch-focused for me. And the broccoli/cauliflower/zucchini/carrot is such a nice addition - You guys should think about just making it apart of all the bowls! Will be back!
