The ambiance is a typical burger shop. ... We usually order the chili cheese fries, fish and fries, and butter burger. ...The customer service is good. ...Price is good too. ...We had a wonderful dinner. ...
Service was really good. Food was hot and ready quick. Love this location
Food is fine and service is alright, but they NEVER actually serve the flavor of the day that is on the sign. Ever. I go here a few times a month and every dang time I ordered the flavor of the day, only to realize after I've left the drive thru that it's something completely different. Tonight I thought I was getting Oreo Overload but got something coffee flavored instead. I HATE coffee flavored ice cream. It tastes like how a cheap used car smells inside.
Culver's on Peoria has good food but very bad management. (Metrocenter) They don't train properly and expect their employees to know the rules. Now I know why they hire kids and treat them with no respect so they quit. Mangement is not consistent in every shift. I have so much more to say to the owner. I am very upset. I wouldn't let my worst enemy work for Culver's. Much less my granddaughter. She was so happy to get her first job. By the way don't go by that hypocritical commercial on TV.
I ordered a cheeseburger, pretzel bites, fries, and coleslaw. The paddies, pretzel bites and fries were BLAND. Paddies and fries had no seasoning. Soooo disappointed. We will not be back. The food left a bad taste in our mouths. Can't wait to go to In N Out or Whataburger. My goodness, SEASON your food. At least use Lawrys on the fries, and add a little salt and pepper on the hamburger meat. My date with my wife was going fine until we sat down to eat your food. Never again. (By the way, mens restroom had no paper towels. Also I told them to put the onions on the side...they forgot.)
Went for my birthday as a treat, and I couldn’t of been happier. Food was great (the fry’s were crispy as hell)! And the service was above expectations! I’ve went here for years and everything has been the great consistently!
Usually I love Culver's. The rich flavors and combinations they come up with in Their hot and cold foods are great. This time my visit to a North Phoenix location was lacking. The butterburger was not as juicy and delicious as normal. The fries were still wonderful. The scarcity of mix-ins in the Blueberry Crumble flavor-of-the-day was very dissatisfying. The service was good, people were nice and the facility was clean as expected. Unfortunately, the food just left me disillusioned and frustrated.
My normal experience with Drive-Thru places in general is me having to repeat what I'm saying to the intercom a few times, making sure what I said was actually entered in, and then picking up the food to always find something not there, or different than I asked. However, it was awesome to just drive up to it, say what I want at a normal pace, not being asked to repeat myself, and then getting the food exactly as I asked and made very well. These is definitely the Drive-Thru professionals. Thank you! :)
Waited 15 minutes in an overflow parking lot to get a simple hamburger. I asked for Mayo ketchup mustard and onions. I got no onions. And no napkins. I won't go back to this Culvers. They were horrible.
Love Culver's. It's so good. It's a taste of Wisconsin. Love the cheese curds. Food was ready and the order was right. It is so irritating when order is wrong.
