First I want to say the Deer Valley location is a very beautiful building and the Mountain Dew is the best fountain I've had... Now onto the reason I gave this location a 2 star.... We arrived in the drive thru, my significant other ordered a 4 piece chicken tender meal with a Root Beer Shake (super delicious BTW). I ordered a Wisconsin Pub Cheese Burger with cheese curds and a Mountain Dew. Went to the window and paid.... waited for about 5 minutes and two employees came out and gave us our food, off we went... Got home and started taking out the contents of the bag; fries, cheese curds, chicken tenders, and a burger (I think). I unwrapped the wrapper and noticed something a little off, it was one of their flat melts, not the pub burger I ordered... No biggie, it happens. I call the number on the receipt, a female answers the phone with a "hello". Again not a big deal to me, just seemed a little unprofessional. I explained that I had received the wrong burger, she told me to come back and they would make the right one for me. So, I place the burger and receipt back in the bag and drove back... When I arrived, I entered the dining room and no one acknowledged me at first until I said "I'm the one who just called", the young gentleman behind the counter, turned to his co-workers and yelled, "Yo! This is the guy who just called!" After a few seconds a second young gentleman came up to the counter, grabbed a box (the right burger), placed it in the bag and handed it to me. Not one employee acknowledged me or said anything to me the whole time I was in there... So, I get home and open the box, thank God it's the right burger, I took a bite and noticed the burger patties were burnt and dry. This is one Culver's I won't be coming back to strictly based on the lack of customer interaction and professionalism. Still a very beautiful building.
It was a pleasure to eat here. My husband and I enjoyed eating here. The Deluxe Basket was delicious, and Culvers served the best spicy chicken sandwich I have eaten in a while. Their custard is also very tasty.The staff brought the food to us and were very polite and efficient in serving us. They are pleasant people, which made our experience more enjoyable.I want to personally thank the owner for inviting me to check out her restaurant. She did an excellent job with the idea of how the restaurant should be run.
Love this cheese curds.One of the favorite burger's chain. We always stop by to get our favorite, mine is the cheeseburger with there shakes. Love it.
I was a guest of friends who dine at this location several times yearly.The suggested I try the fish dinner, and it was excellent. I also had a cup of clam chowder, and it was very good for a fast-food restaurant.The facility was very clean, and the staff was friendly.
I will give a 3 because I have had good food in the past...but today was miserable....no way was this fresh...bun was hard...fries were cold...concrete mixer was milky. The pepsi was good though. She also forgot the ketchup she said was in the bag....really bad today
The food is always fantastic here. We did have an issue when we went through the drive through this last time though. We ordered a couple appetizers, one small ice cream, and 1 small shake. We got the hot food from 2 younger gentleman but waited another 10 min for the ice cream. We had people getting their food and leaving but we were still missing our cold stuff. I came inside to see what was going on and there were 3 employees horsing around and my ice cream was sitting there waiting. Its nice seeing the the younger generation getting jobs, but a little discipline goes a long way guys. Let's be better.
The drive-through lady was really nice! She gave me my drink and a small bag of Ketchup and asked me to move forward to wait for me food. Food came in about 5 minutes and it was great! Everything was covered by the napkins to keep the food warm! Great service!
Open until 10pm so perfect place for a great burger at 930pm. Tasty, fresh and hot. Fries crispy. Well go back.
This is the best tasting fast food, and with all the price hikes, it's not even any more expensive than McDonald's or other places, but tastes better. Their coke has a bit or a weird taste though.
Culver's is usually a solid option for fast food burgers but this particular location has given me food poisoning 3x's over a span of a few yrs. I'm pretty sure their Iced Tea is the culprit too. That's just my personal experience. Its gonna be awhile before I eat here again.
