Ordered the mushroom and swiss with extra mushrooms and substituted the bun for toasted sourdough bread. They charged for the substitute even though they have a burger that comes with the toasted sourdough bread. And they of course charged for the extra mushrooms. I didn't get hardly any mushrooms and the burgers were so greasy that my bread was nothing but mush and just fell completely apart. It was like they took a ladle of grease from the fryer and dumped it on my burger. I went back and returned my order for a refund and explained why. I even showed them the "mush"burger. Talked to 2 people (I believe one was a manager) and neither one even offered a simple apology! Very bad business at this Culver's!
My kids and I had a great time ordering custard with toppings on it. Then we ordered a large side of fries and a small drink. Nothing to write home about except that their customer service was incredible and they're dining area was very clean. After 2 years of covid I like sitting in a restaurant to eat my order there instead of having to take something home with me. If you haven't been in yet, be sure to change that.
I used the drive-thru and had to park and wait for my order. I wasn't given a receipt until I asked for it, twice. The fish sandwich was little more than a fish stick on a very large roll. I threw away most of the bun as it was empty. The fries weren't crispy. The worst though? The cost. Over $17 for one "value" meal and one Cement Mixer, all regular size. The mixer was the only good thing about this experience. There are so many better choices for a meal nearby.
We stopped by and they were busy. Food great, service excellent and tables cleaned as soon as people finished eating. The Woman with short red brown hair is a great worker. Give her a raise.
This culvers has always had amazing customer service. They very rarely mess up any orders of mine. Sometimes the drive thru line can get a little long but it moves fairly quickly. My favorite fast food restraunt I have found in the valley.
This place is always clean. They have quality food and delicious ice cream. The staff is always pleasant and courteous. And they bring the food out to you
The staff was visibly tired but they did very well to still give great service. My only real complaint is my spicy chicken sandwich was underwhelming and dry. Had to go back up and pay an extra $1 for a side if cheese sauce to add to it. My husband loved his burger tho so that's a plus. The pretzel bites were fantastic! And the cheese curds are always a hit ?
Wasn't what I hoped for. Was not a flavorful cheeseburger. The meat was so thin. The toppings were all fresh. The crinkle fries were ok. After all the commercials I had high hopes for a great cheeseburger. Sadly I did not find it here. Plus other places offer military discounts.
Loved the frozen custard the first day, and the second and the third. Food is always well-made here, and their hours make this a great way to ruin your diet most times of day. Plus, we had the most polite and friendly drive thru employee (without all the q&a of other places).
The selection here is broader than most fast food restaurants. I've had their fish dinner and cam recommend it, it's very good. They also have a pork tenderloin sandwich which my sisters love. I had the mushroom Swiss burger this last time and it was delicious. The prices are a little higher than other fast food chains, but I think it's worth it. Your meal is never prepared prior to you ordering it.
