the best cookies i have had and the cookies change every week so if you don't like the cookies that week you can come back next week
I ordered 2 carrot cake, 1 cookies and cream, and 1 milk chocolate chip for delivery via the Crumbl app. I called shortly after placing the order specifically to make sure none of the cookies have peanuts in them because I’m very allergic. When I got my delivery over 2 hours later, I opened the box and found 2 peanut butter cookies and 2 milk chocolate chip. Not even close to what I ordered and I couldn’t eat any of them because peanut butter got on the other cookies. Waste of money and time. Huge disappointment. Very mad.
I came into Crumbl specifically for the lemon bar cookie. I ordered two six packs with all the flavors. I was informed after I ordered that they had run out of the lemon bar cookies and asked what flavor I wanted to replace it with. I asked for the pink sugar in both six packs. When I got home one six pack had two chocolate chip and the other six pack had two cookies and cream. Although the cookies were delicious I was disappointed. Seems to me that since they only have 6 flavors that they are making at a time that they should not run out of any flavor. I was there early afternoon on a Saturday. The other thing is if they are going to take the time to ask what flavor you would like to replace the cookie they ran out of that they would at least give you what you asked for.
I ordered cookies to be delivered to a friend on their birthday, and apparently, they were out of small boxes, so the cookies shifted all around during delivery. Had I known, I would have ordered more so they stayed together and had a nice presentation as a gift. When I called this location to inquire about boxes and advise about the poor presentation of the delivery, they simply thanked me and hung up. I won't be ordering these as a gift in the future.
I hate writing bad reviews but! SO MUCH hype about CC that my expectations were sky high. I’ve been hearing @ these cookies for the last year. Finally! On a break from work near Metrocenter, I popped into buy a 4-pack to go: two Snickerdoodles & two Milk Chocolate Chip cookies.Yes they’re big. Yes they’re served warm. No they did not taste delicious.SnickerdoodleRaw in the middle & just bland.Milk Chocolate Chip w/ NutsCooked but no distinguishing flavor, again bland even though they had texture. While I prefer semi sweet chips, if these were delicious regardless of that detail, I’d say so, but they were not…Bottom line: I did not bite into these & roll on the floor in ecstasy, as I was led to believe!As mentioned in previous reviews, I’m a baker & come from a family of bakers, so we have especially high standards. I also shared w/ my neighbor, another kicka** baker, & she was not “wowed.”The girl who helped me was nice & answered all my questions, so appreciate that. Cookies are served in long pink boxes , like for a dozen long-stemmed roses, but me wanted crazy good cookies, like Cookie Monster! Maybe another location - b/c they are franchises - would be better, but soooo underwhelmed…
Tasty cookies but crazy expensive. Lots to be desired at this location in regards to customer service. No one else in the store at the time and got minimal explanations and then a very pointed "are you going to tip?" Question as part of my ordering. Cookie wasn't worth the combination of cost and what felt like a demand for extra money on top of it. Would have been a 1 star but it was quite tasty.
Ordered on the app and it was very easy! Just got here for a curbside pick up and they delivered to me 12 perfect cookies and a friendly delivery guy! I love these cookies! They really are the best!
The place is really nice and the service was excellent as I was there on February 14th and it was busy. A lot of people with no patience and way too many Uber eats people trying to steal all the cookies.? Really need to learn patience people, because of the work shortage and cost of employees now companies can not employ 15 to 20 people anymore, now you get 3 to 4 working there butts off. Thank you Joe B. Don't know what everybody Braggs about but the cookies themselves are just sugar. So much sugar that couldn't even finish it, And the taste was really not all that. But again great employees with a great amount of patience to deal with the crowd that was there I commend them for their customer service is what would make me come back. Have a good day and get there early next year ?

We ordered a 6 pack, and cut them in pieces, so we could all enjoy each cookie. Then we voted on our favorite. The sugar cookie, was literally the best sugar cookie ever! All the cookies were yummy!!
