I went to their food truck yesterday as I was excited to try a Philly Cheese steak. Firstly, I am amazed at the comments of people saying it was the best sandwich ever. I suppose if you think a roll with steak that is as dry as can be with nothing on it and a piece of cheese is great have at it!! I even asked for grilled onions they didn't do it. The only thing that made it better was when I got home was to doctor up the sandwich adding peppers, some spicy mustard, and melted pepper jack cheese made an awful sandwich at least okay. The worst 10 dollars I could spend that is for sure!! Even looking at their pictures on the site doesn't look the least bit appetizing. Save your money go somewhere else you'll be glad you did.

This review is technically for the location in Mesa but it doesn't show up on Google yet so I'm posting this here. As someone from NJ I grew up with Philly Cheesesteaks and I haven't been able to find a place out here that replicates that taste. That has changed after eating here. This is truly authentic and I had so much nostalgia after taking one bite of the gooiest cheesesteak I've had in years. The Cheez Wiz made it even better as did the Amoroso roll. If you have never been to Philly before, and you have eaten a "Philly Cheesesteak" you have been missing out on the authentic item. Highly recommend this place and I will most certainly be coming back.

Thoroughly enjoyed a quickie lunch here, made to order Philly chicken cheesecake (small size) which I topped with baked provolone cheese and grilled onions and peppers (extra 50 cents). The bread is so fresh and good tasting -- and they have a cold bar of fresh pickle slices, and other accompaniments that makes it all work well. Staff was very friendly and the price is right. The thin chicken slices seemed a bit on the dry side, however. I added ketchup to bring in more flavor. Would have loved BBQ sauce, but didn't ask for it (and isn't offered on the cold bar). Corleone's is part of the AA dining program, I subsequently found out. That's an added feature. Bathrooms are OK, but not pristine.

I was headed here for a sandwich until I was confronted with a sign intended to diminish any mask guidance from "our lovely government". Their mask exemption policy posted on the front door with the clear message that they don't really care if you wear a mask regardless of what anyone says. Any restaurant that doesn't give atoot about me, isn't a restaurant I want to eat at.Those with medical conditions who want to catch covid by not wearing a mask or welcome to come come by.

Went for my birthday because my daughters had never had a cheese steak and I wanted to make sure their first cheese steaks were good ones. The cheese steaks were all excellent. Everyone that ordered one was quite happy with their food. This was my first cheese steak with wiz on it and it was great. My wife wasn't as happy with the wings, she found them to be too strong tasting of vinegar.

Pizza is usually good. Prices are way too high. When I was just there though, it seemed like they either changed their recipe, or their pizza maker. Sauce was tart, & pizza was somewhat bland, but like I said, they are usually pretty damn good, idk what's happened.

They have THE BEST cheesesteaks!! The bread is soft and fresh, the meat is tender and juicy, and the cheese is gooey. The fries are even better than the sandwiches! These guys are doing it right. I drive 10 miles to eat here and I'm excited the whole way because I've never had a bad experience. Keep doing what you do!

I've never been to Philly so take my review with a grain of salt, but these cheesesteaks with whiz are straight fire. I've seen enough pictures on my food subreddits where the Philly locals chime in that I think these are pretty close to the real deal. Additionally, my wife is from Connecticut where you can get an amazing meatball sub and Corleone's is the only one she will eat here in AZ. Lastly, I don't know what Philly pizza tastes like but Corleone's is some of my favorite in the valley. Really can't go wrong here.

Very good it had been a while since I been there so me and my son stopped in. I usually Order the Philly Cheesesteak which is very good. But this time I tried the Italian Sub and i was not disappointed. Loved it ?
