They just don't care. The young guys working here just don't care about your order or the service. Extremely rude and barely put anything in the cup. It was $20 for three small cups!!! I had to ask for lids 3 times and they just tossed lids at me. Had I known there would barely be any ice cream I would have not needed the lid. Also had I known about the worst service Cold Stone has ever provided I would not have gone there. I will never be going back. Go somewhere see if you want ice cream or even standard service. If you want to feel like getting bad service then please swing by.
The service is great and the people are friendly. I like to order custom cakes for family birthday's and anniversaries. They are delicious!
Best ice cream ever! You have to try chocolate ice cream with marshmallows mixed in it might sound weird but it is a delicious mix!
For some strange reason whenever I come here in the evening the staff regularly never turn on the light indicating that they are open so if you’re looking at this place from the road you’ll think they are closed even though it’s Sunday 8:09 PM and they don’t close until 10 PM on a Sunday. It just makes the place look very uninviting.

Ok service one young man was very polite and the other was messy and I saw that had spilled on the side of cup then wiped it with his finger back on the cup and put it into a bigger cup. Also why do you guys turn off all the lights 40mins before actual close?

Terrible service, 2 young men and a younger girl. They were very rude. Along with gave me my ice cream with no mixed toppings even though I asked for some. Then he proceeded to just dump some toppings on top, and didn’t actually mix them. The kids were talking among themselves, and very rude. Paid no attention to the customers.
