Prices are high, service was blah!! I got what I came for and the girl helping me did nothing to "wow" me, not even small talk as she prepared myborder, and yet during checkout she stated that I could add a tip if I wanted as part of the check-out process. While that part may not be in her control, asking/inviting a person to tip when nothing was done to really stand out, just doesn't sit well with me. When a serving of icecream is more than a half gallon of it at the grocery store, business has to do something to add value to their product or service, and they didn't. Customer-service just doesn't seem to be about the customer anymore.
The lady was very friendly that waited on us. I was bummed to see the tables inside were set up so that you could not sit inside and eat. So we sat outside in the grass.
I was very disappointed...4 people working and a line 30 deep, yet they were working on 1 party at a time plus online orders...35 minutes in line. On another note none of the workers were smiling or appearing to like their jobs
Be careful when you order online. You may not get your full order and they don’t always fill them like they do when you war standing there watching them.
I order cookies and cream cup and the owners had the worst attitude ever. Gave me and my mother a hard time when all we wanted was more sprinkles on the cup of ice cream. Shame on this franchise!!!

I order here in 2 ways. Sometimes I'm there in person and have no issues as long as I'm watching what they are doing with my order, and sometimes I order delivery from door dash and have had issues every single time. There are ALWAYS mix-ins forgotten in the ice cream when ordered delivery. Literally 100% of the time I've ordered this way there has been, which has been several times. Just last night 3 extra mix-ins which I paid for were left out in just 1 of the cups of ice cream. Love their ice cream flavors and taste, but most times the mix-ins that we don't recieve we paid extra for considering you only get 1 free one and are charged for any additional ones added. So we never get our money's worth. Ridiculous that they can only get my order made correctly and me not be ripped off if I'm physically there watching and walking them through it.
This location has nice employees and fast service. It was a Saturday night we were in and out pretty quick. It has been a while since I had their ice cream. I forgot how good it is.
