This is the workplace of my life I wished could give this no stars at all but the customer service is the very worse I try to pick up my order for my girlfriend for her birthday and I gave him the order number and gave them my girlfriend name and told them I’m here to pick it up and they gave me conflict and problems I the lady was yelling at me and the man was trying to fight me for no reason just because I was just telling them that I’m just trying to get the order and I was being very patient with them very respectful and they gave me attitude I will never come here ever again Arizona Center screw this place and it’s so unbelievable very racist to
The owner made made my ice cream tonight and it was fresh and delicious. She’s funny and personable too!
Flavors were good but store service is worst. They don’t provide spoons, even if we ask for.
Place was a bit understaffed for the time of day and the local event, but the two people running the place were trying (and succeeding) to keep the place running smoothly. (They were also fairly pleasant and helpful staff despite the pressure they were under.) Ice Cream tasted fantastic as always, but it was the work ethic of the two employees that made me really want to write something beyond giving stars.
Asian dude is rude. Looks like I wasn’t the only one that had a problem with him either. Tempe is the closest place, don’t waste your time or money at this location. Entitled.
I wish I had read the reviews before I went to this place. It's true The Asian guy is rudeHe refused to make the ice cream the way I wanted it and then proceeded to try to charge me $10 I don't understand howIt's still open. Please don't go here.
The ice cream is nice but the people the man that attended us was very rudeMy daughter and her friend were chatting and laughing and he asked them to be quiet in a a rude way.We will definitely won’t come back. Just because they were happy it bothered him , even the other costumer that was there was shocked he said that to the girls.
the guy is very stash with his ingredients he will give u bare minimum. I also requested if he can place my order in a blender because I couldnt work and eat but I can drink it as it was a shake, he responded that will be 3 dollars more ??? DO NOT GO HERE I work at a hotel nearby and now until forever I will not even mention that this place is in the Arizona Center.
Food was so delicious. It has a great atmosphere. Menu is like a place in Miami I enjoyed
The food was so savory. Service is typically above par. Mood here reminds me of Colorado Springs area.
