Fast great service the young lady behind register was really nice helpful and polite ice cream and shaved ice was delicious as well
My friend and I went in on a Thursday night 3/24 to be exact. A lovely young lady named Brie (I hope I am spelling that correctly) gave outstanding customer service! The whole team was great, but I really want to recognize Brie. And of course the ice cream was delish!

I placed an online order with them. The time was at 330pm to have it delivered later. Hour and a half later, I end up getting an email and text saying it was canceled due to technical difficulties. Now i have to wait 5 days for my money back. Ridiculous, better off somewhere else.
Walked in 10 minutes till close on New Years Eve. Was greated by a couple very nice people who, eventhough ready to be home for new years. Took great care of us! Highly recommend. Those 2 workers went above and beyond with my requests and I plan to call and let their manager know how much their help was appreciated!!

I ordered an Oh Fudge shake, and they made a shake with sweet cream and fudge. I complained that Oh Fudge is chocolate and fudge, and they said I was wrong and would remake it with sweet cream and fudge if I wanted.
Today my son went and used his birthday gift card to buy one ice cream and ended up getting charged $12 and change. He noticed that his receipt showed the charge for his ice cream and then a "cash out" charge. He ended up returning to the store to rectify this situation and get his money back. They did not refund him the full amount he was overcharged.I went about 2 weeks ago to use my birthday BOGO and a birthday gift card. I let them know that I wanted to use my BOGO and they said okay. I ended up being charged for both and was not refunded the full amount for the 2nd ice cream.
Went on a Saturday night when it was busy, but the workers were so fast and very kind! Great experience!
