Service is always great, the place is clean and the ice cream is amazing.
One of favourite place for the ice creams. Speciality is their birthday gift, free ice cream or buy one and get another for a half price... I love it :)
Love this Cold Stone location! Customer service is always great and the staff is always friendly! However, my husband and I tried to come here tonight (Wednesday, December 8th, 2021) around 9:30 PM and you guys were already closed as of 9:00 PM. Typically, you guys are open until 10:00 PM according to your current Google hours posted. My husband walked up to the door to see what was going on and you guys had a sign posted reflecting December hours. Please change your hours on Google as soon as possible, so that your biggest fan customers can keep coming back. Thanks again, and Merry Christmas and/or Happy Holidays! :-)
Date night dessert choice. Hubby and I enjoyed our Oreo explosion...some name like that lol. It was perfect and it took care of our sweet craving. Perfect to share, it is really rich!
It's good, but they are super strict about customization. Can't get my favorite here because it has 3 ice cream flavors
i bought my friend a waffle cone and he didnt even eat it. so that was a bummer. but yeah id say 4 stars or whatever
Enquired about a flavor that showed up online but staff was rude and was not even interested in answering our query. Really bad or worse customer service…. they could have refused politely ?ColdStone -happy valley ?

We had a bad experience with Augustine. And as you can see from the other reviews there is a problem at this location.
Augustine was extremely rude, all we asked was for an extra cup and he wanted to charge us for another ice cream.
