Staff has terrible attitudes and don't listen to customers. Tried secretly speaking in Spanish to each other, but were surprised to find out that my boyfriend also speaks Spanish. DO NOT recommend this location. Extremely messy behind the counter and the stone looked like it hadn't been cleaned all day. I had every intention of leaving a sizable tip because I had so many ice cream orders for my whole family, but with the service we received, I quickly skipped the tip option. Upon arriving at home, they shorted me an ice cream. I watched them make them all, but she didn't put them all in the bag.
The staff there is amazing!! They are so kind and courteous as well as very professional. Both of the females here are patient, hardworking and do great under pressure I was astounded at how busy it was! Also the Lucky Charms shake was out of this world! It was so falvorful and delicious!! I was amazed at how they made it taste exactly like the cereal. 100/10 for sure!!! I would definitely come here again.
They always forget the waffle cones when you order through the delivery app. 2nd time this has happened and I don’t know why….

I don’t normally write reviews but if I could give ten stars I would!! My nephew has sensory issues from his autism so textures of foods can make him sick. He wanted to try a new ice cream but one of the toppings messed with his sensory issues. When we asked if he could get a different one Liberty P. our checker replaced his ice cream free of charge at the same size and even offered to let us get other toppings on the side since his new ice cream, one he knew he liked, had less toppings then we were charged for initially. Her understanding and service went above and beyond and we appreciate it so much!!
My favorite creamery in the town. Their Birthday cake batter ice cream is mush try.
The staff are very sweet, I asked the person who was serving me what she would recommend and that flavour (salted caramel) was my favourite out of the three scoops I had! Would definitely recommend, I always bring my friends here for a sweet treat.
I’m so glad they moved from their spot on 7th St & Bell to this location. The old location was dirty and that door made a god awful sound anytime it was opened/closed. This new place is nice and clean and the service was great. I’ll definitely come more often now.
Pricey and only 1 sorbet available but worth it!
I’m happy that I can finally get ice cream with out fear of what is going on just out the front of the door. To many unfortunate people had been getting more comfortable with doing anything but buying ice cream. It’s been sad gross and at times scary. Even passed it with the kids saying oh no that’s not happening. Now it’s so different. Good move good choice and now to all go down n try it out but if you ask the right one u can see a special ice cream trick.
