Please everyone look at the The burger is frozen Hard to eat and smells raw and when I talked with the server Kylie said we can’t make everyone happy. Honestly as a Business owner I’m doing my best to keep every customer happy to come back and keep my business open the place is very nice but the food is very low quality. Thanks to Kylie she was very nice and great server
Food was good but people that came in after us had their food way before we did and we were sharing a hamburger. The waitress didn't care . We got mozzarella sticks to share as an appetizer and they came out with the burger. Kept having to wait for tea refill. The only time the waitress was nice is when she gave us our check cause she wanted that tip. Otherwise we were forgotten. Won't be back
Went to enjoy a drink and lunch however we were seated and not even approached for service after 10 minutes. Watched several employees walk by our table and nothing. There was even a gentleman that appeared to be dressed different and I assumed he was a manager. I walked out for lack of service. As I was walking out an employee questioned me and I responded with, I haven’t had any service, thanks and I’m out! It was either a hostesses or one of the waitresses commented “it hasn’t been 10 minutes I’ve been watching you.” With that brilliant admission, they pretty much proved that they knew we were sitting waiting and no one served us. Kind of a joke! This establishment needs to be better and on top of their game. Employees need to be trained on how to handle a customer who isn’t happy with service. Sorry, I didn’t catch any names so nobody in particular will be thrown under the bus. My review is going out to management, better training = better experience!
These were the saddest sliders. Prime rib lol! Thin old slices of old meat. Embarrassing food. My onion rings were burned up. Just enjoy the game don’t order food here!
Went here last night for a late Valentines date with my partner and right off the bat the 2 girls at the front were very rude and chatted with one another while a line grew to the door, we waited a couple minutes for a table which wasn't bad, but once our waitress came it pretty much went down from there. We ordered drinks which another girl had to bring since our waitress was busy talking to a group of people at the door instead of being there to help us out. The girl who brought our food was super nice, but we never received napkins or silverware. We also tried ordering another round of drinks but our waitress was still talking to some people and had to come back and ask what we wanted again because she forgot. And to top it off we nearly spent over a hundred dollars which wouldn't be an issue if we were treated any better by the workers. Food was pretty good otherwise but won't be returning here again for the lack of service.
One of the best burgers I had in Arizona , there buns are ??, the burger was perfect and the food is bomb. Definitely recommend going.
Our waitress was clearly at the end of her shift but the food was good.BACON PB&J*sugar cured bacon / peanut butter / grape jelly / cheddar / chipotle honey sauce
Great service 1st and foremost. To have a Local Legend in the Food Service Industry like J.Simone spend, not just any Sunday but her birthday Sunday making sure the Buffalo Dip was perfect and that my beer came with a frosted glass is wonderful. The food here is not inexpensive nor cheap. Tvs all around for a great view from any seat. Love the atmosphere here and dogs can enjoy it too with the puppy patio.
I actually loved the food! The servers were a little overwhelmed, but nothing being pleasant couldn't fix. All in all a great place to watch the games!
This place is our go to every other week.Beer list is great, the atmosphere is excellent. The burgers are good, fried pickles are amazing, wife loves the Mac and cheese.Definitely recommend, special shout out to Rylee who somehow remembers the beers we get!
