Celebrated my sonâs birthday last night. Service was excellent and the food was excellent. Finally, a place in Phoenix with awesome ramen!!! The steamed buns were super good too!!!
We loved our dinner here. It is for sure some of our friends favorite new place now. Their ramen hits the spot. I was obsessed with their buns, the cauliflower one was so divine. I want to come back just to eat those haha. Service and atmosphere was just what we were looking for. We were a big group so we made sure to make a reservation ahead of time
Clever Koi to me has the atmosphere of family and close friends Iâve been going to clever Koi for over five years the owners are awesome people the staff is outstanding whenever I have friends or family in town I always take them to clever Koi you can never get tired of the food there and the next time youâre in Clever Koi you must try my favorite drink the enabler
After being to this place numerous times and loving it, this time was disappointing. The mojito and Moscow mule tasted like they came out of a can, service was extremely slow, the restaurant was overly smoky, and three of 4 dishes over-salted.
One of the best date nights we have ever had because the service was exceptional, particularly because of the women that worked at the bar where we sat. They were all very attentive. So much so that we never had to ask for any beverage refills because they had it ready for us each time we were about to finish our drinks. Even down to the to go boxes where they packed our leftovers and even separated the broth from the noodles. The food was delicious. We loved the krazy fries and the cold sesame noodles. We are definitely looking forward to another lunch/ dinner here again.

The Krazy fries are killer and youâve got to get the short rib dumplings! The mushroom dish is extremely spicy and sort of tastes like⦠nothing lol. The drinks are liquor forward but still good, I recommend the mai tai for sure. Everything else was delicious. Definitely ask for extra bang bang sauce if you get the cold noodle dish!

Make sure you make reservations. We made them a week before so there was no issues. Ample parking at the rear. My wife and son-in-law had the Pork Ramen which is pretty good and plentiful and enough to get a doggy bag. I had the Pad Thai with grilled chicken. My only remark for this dish is to have the chicken cut into smaller pieces. But overall, I loved it. My daughter had the chicken sandwich which was just the right amount of food for her. It came with French fries which I took home. The staff was excellent, kept us with full glasses of water and our server was polite and knowledgeable.
