Horrible service they talk wit disrespect i will never go here again it takes 40 mins to get the food the manager talks with disrespect to all customers he shouldn’t be a manager and whoever working there needa start caring about their job
It was actually a great experience, as far as drive thrus go..the man was knowledgeable as well as patient, as I needed him to tell me about a variety of meal deals. Great customer service, the food was great, nothing bad to say at all.
4 of us sick at home wated comfort food. Ordered 12 piece dark spicy meal with Mac and cheese and Mashed potatoes added a small side of Cole slaw to be delivered. Got no mashed potatoes instead got a small side of Cole slaw and a large Cole slaw. There were no biscuits and the chicken was some regular and some spicy. I tried to call to complain 3 times no one answers yet the web site says less than busy than usual. Very disappointed with Churches right now.
Terrible customer service. Little kid put his head out the window actin crazy because I told him he needed to work on his customer service. Absolutely not.
Fast, hot, fresh, and they get the order right. Hard working staff for some of the traffic they get. Big thumbs up
They didn't give me everything I ordered and I couldn't get in the front door..for them to fix the Large okra I ordered. It was 8pm I had to get back in line for something that I ordered and should have been in the bag the 1st time. They didn't give me the Large I ordered and paid for to fill the order. I will not be back
I ordered a chicken sandwich it was unedidible it tasted like cleaner. I called to tell them they answered then took the phone off the hook.

They messed up my whole order they gave us spicy chicken instead or regular I got charged for a meal for a sandwich and only got the sandwich like can you guys just not take 5 seconds to just double check the order the lady helping me was so rude I will never go back there ?
