This is the worst Churchs I have ever been to. The lobby was close so i used the drive through. There were a total of 4 cars in front of me and it took me 35 minutes to get my food. Which after i drove off realized it was cold! The staff are rude and in no rush. They let a lady stand in the sun at the window for help for 15 mintues and still nobody came to help her!
Avoid this Church’s at all costs. The macaroni and cheese was literally scraped from the bottom and cold. The chicken strips were burnt and the biscuit was hard as a rock. They really could not have screwed this up more! 100% failure. Will never go here again.
Easy on easy off access. Food was fresh and delicious. Hot. Wait time was a little much but worth it.
First of all, if i could give them a negative star I would. This place is the worst of the worst. First of all, they take forever to give you your order. I had to wait almost 20 minutes before I could order. Then it was another 20 before I received my order. I happily went home, only to find out i was given a half empty container of coleslaw when I had ordered a large size. I then opened the Mac and cheese and i was again disappointed to find out it was burnt and dry. I normally don't complain but this has been one too many times. I decided to go back to request a fair and edible portion of Mac and cheese and coleslaw for what i had paid. I had to wait another 20 minutes in the drive thru before the cashier listened to my complaint. I was simply asking for a fair and edible portion of Mac and cheese and coleslaw. The cashier was rude and violently snatched the containers of coleslaw off my hand and told me that was the portion for the size i paid. I then requested for the manager on duty, a lady in the back yelled at me'I'm the manager in a rude and demeaning tone. I explained to her the situation and the entire time she was rolling her eyes and giving me attitude. She then proceeded to take the container of coleslaw and throw it out and told me she was going to give me my money back. I, again explained i just wanted my food, to which she replied, that's what you get, no more. I was very disappointed with the service I received and decided to just leave, as it was clear that I was not going to get anywhere given the cashier and manager's attitude. I drove away disappointed and hungry. I've been a customer for years and really enjoy the food. However I'm sad to say I'm very disappointed and will definitely not go back to any church's chicken because this is horrible customer service. Not only i will not go to any other location, but I will also tell all my family and friends to stay away from this horrible place.
Please do not eat at the 43rd and Thomas location. I ordered the three piece Texas meal. The food was so old that I could not eat it. It was old grease and cold and hard. The orka was hard as balls. I tried calling the location back and they did not answer the memory was full.
I went today and ordered my food, they didn't have biscuits, and the female clerk threw me 2 extra pieces of chicken for the missing biscuits without even asking me , when told her 2 my biscuits were missing, she said she threw 2 extra pieces of chicken to make up loss for biscuits, since when do store employees make desicions for customers?? At least they should ask first, that's common sense, isn't it?? I tod her ill wait for my biscuits, since I wanted my order my way not theirs. There was a manager sitting nearby , she saw and heard everything, she was so focused on her laptop, (typing, browsing, making notes) she heard and saw everything, but pretended to be " very busy " she failed to help her workers, and also failed to serve customers, if I can give zero stars, I would give zero, unfortunately, one star is the least , so here's your one star ?
Did not have a good day and was looking for a 3 piece meal fries were good but the chicken look like nuggets I spent 9 dollars for a 2 dollar special
Brenda V the cashier was rude and obnoxious. The workers were doing her job and theirs. She acted like she was doing me a favor instead of her job.I know I'm just one person but I will never return to that location.
Wouldn't recommend this location. Chicken had a burnt taste to it.
They never give the correct order, I ordered spicy chicken with corn and jalapeño pepper, they gave me regular chicken with mashed potato and no jalapeño pepper!!!! I dont know whats wrong with those guys.
