There are days when its mom's meatloaf for dinner and then sometimes you get to treat yourself and pay an outrageous price for extra extra hormones, grease and preservatives. At least the parts always look right. This time she gave us 3 little pieces of chicken 2 legs and a thigh. too wimpy and small. but not disturbing. I don't want to see ever again what I saw on my LAST TRIP TO KFC. WE ORDERED hot Wings These wings were huge,. Just fat and kinda deformed there are 2 pieces on a wing the boney end of it's wing and the part with a little meatWho ever saw a chicken with chunky arms and guns like the hulk. I was a bit confused traumatized,. But this is about Church's. I love to eat the skin off.good n Crunchy,. and the staff was super nice. Coming home from paying the casino for letting us play. we got off the bus. Dining room closes at 9p, so we walked thru the drive thru. Lotta places won't let you do that. There were a bunch of us on foot and the lady was super cool about it.
Had a fine experience at lunch time on Mother's Day 2022. Spicy chicken thighs were actually hot; not sure I've ever had fried chicken that was actually hot. Spicy too! I'm not sure if people are just having weird experiences going shortly before they close (every restaurant is going to be out of things shortly before closing. They're not going to drop an entire basket of chicken just to sell a couple of pieces a few minutes before closing), but near as I can tell, this place is entirely functional.
Hot and fresh dining room could use some attention otherwise
This is the second time I order a #2 3 piece mixed to only find out when I get home they gave me all dark meat and charged me the #2 price. They can’t seem to get a simple order correct. I am done….
The wait time is insane, even when they aren’t busy?? The employees are crazy rude and appear inconvenienced to even have to deal with any customers at all
Worst place ever they should close down this place !!! The ladies here are the most rude persons ever !
Went to Churches last night at approximately 8:30p(9/19/21). Upon arrival at the drive thru I was advised "there would be a 15-20min wait for chicken", which I advised was ok. Once I placed my order a 3 piece leg & thigh combo, I was then asked "if I was ordering more then 3 pieces of chicken?" When I advised I was not, I was then advised "their chicken came in a bag of 16 pieces & if I was not ordering more then the 3 piece combo requested, the chicken could not be dropped. " The last time that I checked Churches is in the business of selling chicken, right?? So not understanding why I was refused service. There is not any signage that states there is a quantity limit required before they can make chicken nor was it closing time.This poor customer service has really left a bad taste in my mouth about Churches Chicken. I will definitely tell my friends & family about this experience.
I don't know I remember going to churchs as a kid and being different...mediocre chicken
Had a coupon, it was lunchtime on a Friday and the young lady handled it like a pro! Order was correct and delicious. Good job Church's!
The staff was incredible and the food was so good!
