Bought a homeless friend Shrimp and chicken strips meal. Told me only two shrimp pieces were eatable. We weren't there when he ate meal. I don't eat seafoodChicken sandwich is good. Regular chicken ok. I much prefer Popeyes. Think Church's use to be better. Many years ago I use to order ten chicken breasts at one time. Think they were bigger. Also prefer KFC
Pulled up to the drive thru and no one acknowledged us until like 5 minutes had passed. Then it was an extremely long wait time to receive the food, even though it was only me and another car in front. Honestly in the time they gave me the food I could've already looked for another place to get food from.
They served me dried out chicken fries that was sitting a hard honey butter biscuit and an order that wasn't right and to top that off they never answer the phone and it was alot of crackheads all around the drive thru and in front of the store don't waste your time or money and this drive thru only place you never know what you will end up with
I would give it a zero but that wouldn't even suffice I used to come to this location all the time mainly because it was close to my old apartment but now I have decided to never return . Specifically because one night we were in line for about 5 minutes, no one answered the call machine and one of the workers was walking back and forth to the trash can. He stared at us for a good five minutes as he did so before I finally said are you guys open he blatantly said no.( It was 7:00pm BTW ) and proceeded to walk to the smoke shop next door. How unprofessional. If you want real good Church's Chicken with impeccable service at any time of day or night I suggest you go to the one on Thomas.
they take forever to take the order in the drive thru I was there waiting like 10 minutes, plus like 15 minutes more to get to the front window where I paid total it was like 39 minutes till I got my food and it's always the same . But the last time was worse no more going to that location. and I couldn't get out of the line cuz there were more cars behind me.
I ordered a 10 pc family meal and they were out of corn. Usually a busy facility was I served and got thru the drive up quickly
I love Church's Chicken their skin on the chicken is to die for but this church is employees need not be so mean and jaded I know they're in a tough area but they don't need to treat everyone as if they're the person who gave them a hard time cuz I'm a easy-going customer and I worked for churches before so I know exactly what I want and how I want it made so I am very easy going and very easy to talk to but the finished product always comes out great if you know what to order cuz it has to be made fresh the chicken is always fresh the bombers are gray and the okra is also and I always wait for fresh biscuits if I can judge the time they've been out.
This place is a complete let down and bad representative of all churches franchises. I will never be stepping into or driving through for food at this location ever again. Today was the first day that I was able to go in after they had the lobby closed for over a month, and they didn't even have half the items available on the menu for you to order. When I attempted to make an order during the time that the lobby was closed, the manager who was on break was trying to get into the restaurant to alert the current employee not to serve me because I was on a bike.
This place is crazy. You get robbed on the food cuz it’s gross and then theirs a possibility your gunna get robbed if you get out the car lol I’m not joking when I say be careful. Only reason I gave it 3 stars was because the employees were nice from what I could see.
I spent over $200+ in the span of 2 days at this place. Love their chicken tenders & mixed chicken drum/breasts pieces. Worth it!
