Gave my order at the window & by the time I got to the window I had to repeat my order again. My card was charged then because the receipt didn’t print they charged it 3 more times and caused my card to lock throught the bank for suspected fraud. I asked to wait so I can call the bank to release it & pulled to the side when I walked in with cash they said they canceled my order not even 3 minutes later so to repeat it for the 3rd time . When I told the manager she said It was cause my card got declined I showed her the bank account and transaction & not even an apology was given. Once I got my food I ordered large sides and was given small. Horrible service
Dinning area never open is always closed Covid is over things are open we can’t walk in and order our food joke never going here again
Ordered a 3 piece meal.. Got home, looked in box, they gave me 3 pieces of dried, ( mostly battered ) chicken strips!.. So dry, they were like jerky!.. Couldn't even chew it!.. Gave them to my dog!... At least he enjoyed them!...
The ladies that worked there were friendly, efficient and fast. Made sure my order was right and we're very courteous. I recommend this place to others.
Customer service was GREAT for this area of Phoenix. I was very surprised how professional he was at the counter.and the food was perfect, Hot & Fresh for time of night we were there.
Ordered regular chicken strips cause can't eat spicy and specifically said that too very nicely explained that i can't eat spicy food and if I could please have regular strips. Still got spicy.
Very very very disappointed with this church's. I went through the drive thru and ordered a #2. I asked for 2 legs and a breast. I got a something that looked like a wing on steroids. My legs looked dark like they been sitting out all day. And let's not talk about my side order of fries. Super cold and I literally had four fries. Mind you I ordered a medium fries. When I got home I was so ready to eat but when I looked at the food I was turned off. So instead of going back up there wasting time and gas I tried to call more then a few times. Not one time did they answer super bad for business. So I took a picture to show them what they call themselves giving me tomorrow when I go back up there.

We were in the drive through line for 16 minutes and they weren't busy. Three cars ahead of us. This place is getting worse. They won't greet you and they talk stupid. Those young BOYS need to learn to talk to the public.
Fresh food and friendly staff. Probably the cleanest bathroom I've ever seen it a Church's.
