TERRIBLE customer service!!! Went in for lunch, ordered a 5 piece spicy tender combo. 2 of them were spicy, the other 3 were regular…. The blonde haired Mexican lady who claimed to be the manager was RUDE and very inattentive. My coworker tried to order the Texas Combo with the 2 classic sides and they told him he could not order French fries. That it HAD to be the cole slaw and the mashed potatoes because it was on the picture…. ?? What?? Even though the menu CLEARLY states French fries as part of the classic sides option… this place is a JOKE and is being ran by idiots. Every customer that was in there had complaints about their orders not being right… do better
Blonde Spanish lady is extremely rude , my coworker was trying to enjoy his lunch all he asked was to trade the side from cole slaw (Because who the hell eats cole slaw) to fries and was denied repeatedly poor guy decided to just not eat . Only come here if you don’t mind being treated poorly and the food was over cooked and dry will not be returning.
I was in town for work, wanted some chicken. I see on line opens at 10AM. I get there at 11:00 only to get the hand from employee on the inside. Sign on drive through said 12:00-7:00 today. So I’m 100 degree tempe I walk back to hotel and return one hour later noon. Once again the hand by employee this time showing 2, as in 2:00. I did not have a car could not go through drive through. Horrible customer service!! Downtown Phoenix 7th. Street
Drive ThruI ordered 2 meals and 2 sides. They forget one of my extra sides I ordered, and put it all in a small bag that you can't use the handles. I had to get another plastic bag to tie it shut.Tried calling them to resolve the issues; rings forever and then the call drops.Lesson learned, don't ever go to Churches again, no matter who wants it(boycott). Gonna tell everyone about how much I was disappointed in my dinner, like the loser who ♀️?'s on line...
I Love church's chicken. The food is always hot and fresh . The potatoes are great with x gravy.
Boards was on the door. Then went in driveway and waited 30 minutes to get my food. Then chicken thighs was so super crispy outside but raw inside.
Typical chain food. Served hot and tasty. Meal deals are worth it. Good lemonade. Order verified before paying.
Dry and taste like a POS . I'll never spend a penny here again. The staff here were slow rude and stood around talking instead of helping customers
We randomly walked in here because it was close to our hotel (The W, quite nice). We're well pleased that we did so because it was reasonable and really delicious!
