I have eaten at Chino's for years. Their old location in Phoenix, their old location in Chandler. This new location is fantastic. The new building looks great. I ordered a Jen red pork quesadilla, jade red chicken by itself and pork fried rice. The Quesadilla had nice spice to it from the pork, the tortilla was nice and crispy with plenty of cheese. The jade red chicken was tender, sweet, spicy and crispy. The pork fried rice was flavorful and loaded with delicious pork. The cherry on top is of course their complimentary snickerdooodle cookie. Absolutely fantastic meal, great new building and the staff was very friendly.
Bad customer service. When I first started eating at Chino Bandido I loved it, the food was great. However over the past several months of eating here, they have consistently gotten my order wrong when i do online orders and have begun not honoring items in my order. For example the kids bowls. I order a kids bowl for $3 with beans and meat as it is on the app that way for a child that i visit at one of my patients. He does NOT eat rice . Chino now REFUSES to make the kids bowl without rice even though the online app has it available. The reason? It is cheaper to prepare with the rice. Try telling that to a 6 year old kid who Was looking for a small meal with the rest of the family. The solution? Buy a side of beans for $4.10 along with a side of meat for $4.10, meal ends up being $5 more if done that way. The family cannot afford that. I call this poor customer service. They need to understand that when the customer is ordering $30 worth of food in the same order that they can afford to make a kids bowl without rice. they also have not given me my 2.95 extra sauce that i pay for on a consistent basis. I am so not recommending this place anymore. Just lost me as a customer. You want repeat customers? Then you need to realize that the customer is always right and let the kid have his food his way. And BTW, refried beans dont cost that much.

Love, love, love Chino's. My black beans were left off my combo plate. Was sad about that. They are one of my favorite things at Chino's.

Come in several times a year, and for the most part have decent experiences here. This time not so much. Ordered 2 combo plates and both had barely any rice (which cost a dollar extra) and hardly any beans (they just barely covered the bottom of the container on the side). Called up and talked to a worker there and they apologized and said they would talk to the cook. Nothing ever mentioned about trying to make it right with us. Very disappointed this time. Hopefully this new location isn't the end to their customer service.
The cuisine fusion here is excellent. My strong recommendation is to go with the jerk fried rice. Good prices solid atmosphere they recently moved to a new location which in my opinion is an even better facility.
