The ribs and fries were delicious. I ordered broccoli instead of the coleslaw. The broccoli was dried out. I asked for some oil and vinegar instead of butter. Instead they just brought me vinegar in a little cup. Finally I went and asked for the other waiteress to bring me some oil. I never got the oil so I just said bring me some coleslaw. It took forever for them to do anything and it wasn't super busy. Terrible customer service.
Overall worse experience at this Chilis! Took over 45 minutes to get chips and salsa and only one order for all seven of us. My husband couldn't get the waitress back so he can get salad dressing for his salad! wrong salads were given to people..one item was never even delivered so we had to order it to go. Waitress was even asked for milk for the baby three times and never got it! Manager said short staff when other family's leaving or finished their meals when we were first getting chips. Worse of all the manager wanted to refund me my money and send me a gift and I still haven't received it 20 days later! Overly apologetic but no action! I should of read the reviews on this place first!
The food was great and the service was good. There was a major hiccup though. My trio fajita platter was not put in with the rest of the order. I recieved my food after three of the party of five were done eating and already outside. In my experience in the industry at least that item should have been comped but it was not. A manager was not sent out to the table which I thought was strange especially on Mothers day.
They have great lunch specials, and great customer service. I Love their raspberry Margarita’s.. yummy
Was on a delivery driver service picking up an order s customer had placed and there was a few people inside but not too crowded and 1 other vehicle picking up. After waiting almost 15 minutes I called the chili's and the food had just been sitting there the whole time and that's when they decided to go ahead and bring it out. Not the best or most efficient but the waitress at least was pleasant.
Delish, but delivery??? wow, that's really a lot of plastic. Sustainable paper is better. I will not be back, despite my adoration for your Southwestern Egg Rolls. Yummy.
They over work their staff our poor waiter not only had tables but running around doing to go orders that was taking her time away from her tables. The food was over cooked n not prepared nice at all we will not be returning n I think it was over priced for the terrible experience we had
I completely understand being short handed ppl don't show up for work. Also having a hard time getting food due to the food shortage and the trucks not being able to get the food there on time so that is no problem. But that does not mean that when you are serving food to ppl you should come to work looking a mess. I believe that hygiene is very important to the Customer you are serving. Alot of the ppl that work in that restaurant clearly did not care. The manager was rude and one time yelled from across the room to the guy that was sitting ppl to there tables "Bathroom check". The whole restaurant turned to look at her . She needs a class on Customer service! The whole time I was there she was mad and was rolling her eyes every time someone asked her for something. I was very disappointed in the service and the whole atmosphere So I got up and left with every one I was with.
This used to be my family’s favorite Chili’s. Service used to be good. Now it is garbage. Ordered curbside pickup. Checked in and no one ever came out to the car. Got home and half the order was missing. Ruined dinner. NEVER GO HERE!!!! Valentine’s Day disappointment.
Very busy place. We got there for dinner around 6 and we did have to wait 15 - 20 minutes for a table to be ready. When they finally had a table my sister had to sit at the side since the table was only seat 4. The waitress was nice but we had to keep asking for things twice for they keep forgetting to bring it the first time we asked. The food was good.
